My experience with Twin was excellent. Austin, the owner, did a fantastic job on my tankless water heater install, which was complicated by the fact that he had to run a gas line for our propane system to power it. All work was done with the utmost care and professionalism. I highly recommend Twin to anyone looking to replace their tank water heater with a tankless!

Austin with Twin Water Heater did an amazing job converting our traditional tank water heater to a tankless system. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain the entire process and answer all of our questions. The installation was clean and everything turned out great. I especially appreciated how transparent he was about the work that needed to be done and the cost—there were no surprises or pressure to add anything unnecessary. You can tell he really cares about doing the job correctly and making sure his customers are happy with the end result. We’ve been loving the tankless system and having endless hot water!
