Darrin was professional and worked around my schedule. I was a bit disappointed that one of my rugs, acknowledging that cleaning would be difficult, doesnâ t present better. Perhaps it was due to his equipment and not to his enthusiasm.

Darrin was very professional. He got to my house on time and started work immediately. A portion of my carpet was wet already from a previous leakage and though he thought heâ d be able to extract the water, that portion was still very wet after his work was done. Everything else was fantastic and I know he did the best he could. Additionally, his customer service was top notch! I highly recommend Twinzz Carpet Cleaning!
