We purchased an a/c unit from Two Amigos two years ago. They sold us one unit but a different one was installed. In Nov. our heat quit working. It took four weeks for a part to repair the unit. This past June our a/c quit working. Called Two Amigos with no luck. We called another company to get it repaired. I do not feel we should have these problems with a two year old unit. Many thanks to Technician Scott, who took on an unscheduled appointment to service our A/C, which was a Blessing to us. He was friendly, efficient, located the problem quickly and the cost was very fair for such professional service. Two Amigos will always be my 1st call when needing A/C Service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! During heatwave our AC died. We called Two Amigos out and they sent a tech out promptly. That was the only good part of our experience. Tech wanted to replace my AC because it is, admittedly, older. I was told it would be over $6000 for the new system - money we definitely did not have. After asking for options, the tech said we could just refill the AC with new freon but that since R-22 was not used anymore (a lie) he would have to drain the system and refill it with a different refrigerant at a cost of $687. That was a lot of money too - but it was miserable in the house so I agreed. I had high hope that we would make it through the heatwave in comfort. I was wrong. In less than 24 hours the repair had failed completely and I was stuck calling Two Amigos back for help. I explained the situation and was told that I was out of luck because freon was not warrantied. The issue was never the freon; it was the technician. He failed to follow several industry practices such as searching for a leak and replacing the stem valve when he switched refrigerants. How do I know? After Two Amigos left me sweating and dying of heat I had someone competent come out. They checked my entire unit for a leak and there was not one - all of the freon had leaked from the refill valve the tech had improperly put back on. My AC was recharged and has worked great ever since. My finances... not so much. Two Amigos still demanded payment for the job they did not do. I paid for my AC to be fixed and some semblance of comfort to be returned to me. All this company gave me was a huge bill and the middle finger! Find a quality repair company that stands behind their work and do not let Two Amigos cheat you like they did me!

John did a great great job we had an emergency and he came right away. I have an 82-year-old mother on oxygen and a handicapped sister no one had to leave the house. Because his service was so fast. He was very professional and the repair time was great. The price was awesome. I really recommend John thank you so much.

Response time was.really fast. John was wonderful he went above an beyond to expedite the repair. Would hire again.

Our A/C quit on a Sunday. We were dreading having to wait until Monday to have it repaired or pay extra for weekend service. Our phone call was answered right away. Someone was there within a few hours and we didn't have to pay extra for weekend service. I would highly recommend this company!

I highly recommend this company. They were punctual, professionalism, demeanor, thoroughness, communication skills and performance.

Jeff and his partner did a great job replacing the condenser on my heat pump system. I had already had the problem diagnosed as the condenser but my previous HVAC repair service wanted to replace the entire system. While he said that he could make no guarantee as to the soundness of the rest of the system Jeff agreed to replace just the part that had been diagnosed as faulty and for a very reasonable price. That's fair enough for me. They were so fast at getting the unit and having it in place that I had a hard time getting to the house before they finished. Philip, Washington, NC

They were very prompt. I had a HVAC issue and I didn't have to be uncomfortable for several days ,they came on the first day.
