"Hi Lorna, I apologize for the impression you had at the end of our service. I'd like to address your comments. You had requested additional work that was not included in the original services. It required more materials, and man hours to complete your desired goals of the rear yard. Also, we did have all needed tools and equipment to perform our landscaping duties. When we had separate discussions about your gutter being clogged and overflowing and we agreed to look into that for you, it was after our arrival and not part of our original work. Therefore we asked for use of a ladder to save time and cost for going and retrieving my ladder. Also, toward the completion of the job you asked us to remove your fabric and metal 'gazebo' and we agreed to do this for free. Again we needed a ladder to take the fan and electric components down. These additional items had nothing to do with the agreed upon work, nor did the back yard and its additional materials and labor. We did perform our services with professionalism at all times, and the additional cost was to cover the additional labor and materials ONLY. "Hi Jean & Bob, Just saw that you mentioned the damaged brick of your window sill at your house, and also provided some feedback about the irrigation changes here on Reviews. Just wanted to address both topics since we've had additional communication regarding both issues. I sent you multiple 'Before Pics' showing that the damage to the brick was prior or 'pre-project' and had nothing to do with our work on your property. Also, irrigation was scheduled for completion AFTER our part was completed for proper head placement. We also had discussion about the moving of the existing lawn spraying heads and the addition of the plant spra"
