Retaining Wall Installation
Gave him a check on June 3. In late October the project was not completed, the concrete work is unacceptable (stairs are cracking and crumbling when pressure washed, driveway pad is not uniformly done and looks awful and he gave us another bill for more than double the price. Unacceptable!

I had sod installed, tree trimmed, dirt put down and sidewalk done. Paul and his crew did a fabulous job getting the job done. Had some delay getting the job started, due to weather. However, Paul called me to let me know I was next, as soon as weather permitted. It was worth the wait. I love the finished product. Would highly recommend to others.

When Tim started taking care of my established large pond I had various problems that needed to be resolved including water loss and reconnecting a stream between an upper and lower pond. He completely changed my pump set up which has made a huge difference. Tim is able to assess a situation and make required adjustments. He is responsive and communicates well with his customers. Tim is a true â pond masterâ . I highly recommend him.

Green Pastures gave an excellent drawing to scale with each plant identified. They were always there when they said they would be or called if plans changed. It was evident that they acted like they were working on their own home. We were very pleased with the end result and so were several of our neighbors that have commented on how nice everything looks.

He came back and lied about needing an extra $425. He didn't have any tools to do the job. If you want to keep any money in your pocket, hire someone else.

"Hi Lorna, I apologize for the impression you had at the end of our service. I'd like to address your comments. You had requested additional work that was not included in the original services. It required more materials, and man hours to complete your desired goals of the rear yard. Also, we did have all needed tools and equipment to perform our landscaping duties. When we had separate discussions about your gutter being clogged and overflowing and we agreed to look into that for you, it was after our arrival and not part of our original work. Therefore we asked for use of a ladder to save time and cost for going and retrieving my ladder. Also, toward the completion of the job you asked us to remove your fabric and metal 'gazebo' and we agreed to do this for free. Again we needed a ladder to take the fan and electric components down. These additional items had nothing to do with the agreed upon work, nor did the back yard and its additional materials and labor. We did perform our services with professionalism at all times, and the additional cost was to cover the additional labor and materials ONLY. Project consisted of removing weeds in beds, relocating stone wall edging to another area, adding new plants/shrubs to bed at front of house, and adding mulch. Did not ever provide a price list. Did not install landscaping fabric (grass was popping up in beds within 2 weeks). Chose plants for me, saying "you will like these." Size of one plant too large for area. Two bushes needed partial shade, but were planted in area receiving full sun. Planted some plants too close.

He damaged a brick and was supposed to have sprinklers added before he did his work but didn't so not getting sprinklers added.

"Hi Jean & Bob, Just saw that you mentioned the damaged brick of your window sill at your house, and also provided some feedback about the irrigation changes here on Reviews. Just wanted to address both topics since we've had additional communication regarding both issues. I sent you multiple 'Before Pics' showing that the damage to the brick was prior or 'pre-project' and had nothing to do with our work on your property. Also, irrigation was scheduled for completion AFTER our part was completed for proper head placement. We also had discussion about the moving of the existing lawn spraying heads and the addition of the plant spra"

We are very happy with the work Green Pastures performed at the church. The landscaping was part of a parking lot project and Green Pastures did everything for us from design to mulch. This was not an easy job as there were large areas of planting beds that had to be raised and regraded. Construction debris was everywhere but the team addressed it and we have a very professional result.
