"Two Girls 1 Candle" did not complete the contracted cleaning and organizing services. They did not send the contracted number of service providers (1 instead of 2). They did not complete the number of hours (2 instead of 4). They did not clean well and somethings not at all. She was late and she was unprofessional. The experience was terrible. The very first thing the cleaner did was invaid my privacy. Without asking me she started recording me on her phone and then takings, what she called, before and after pictures of my apartment. I had to tell her, stop. It seemed that she was trying to create some kind of ad. She was staging the rooms not cleaning them. She took my personal daily use items, off the sink and left them on the bathroom floor, including my electric toothbrush. She didn't finish the deep or routine cleaning; not the floors, toilet, microwave, stovetop, oven, refrigerator, shower, or dishes. I had to go back after her and clean. I told her to only organizer the dishes in the cabinet, but she move all my kitchen stuff around and took my snack food out of the boxes. It took me days to find where she put everything and for some reason, she used every sponge in my kitchen. She moved a lot of stuff from room to room, I had to go around putting things back. She used too much cleaner when I told her not to, because my husband is bed bound with chronic illness. She sprayed soo much cleaner in the air, I could smell it entering from the outside hallway, it made my husband have breathing problems. They didn't finish the job and promised to return the next day. They did not. They didn't respond to messages. Now they wonder why I'm stopping payment. These people and this company cheated me. I don't trust that they would keep there contracts or their promises and want nothing do with them. (Tuesday, May 11, 2021) Kim

Came late but she was pleasant and got the job done.

There is something deceptive going on with this company name. Unless there are two services by the same name. I am not satisfied with the level of service I received and now have to hire another company to come to finish what they did not complete.
