I was very pleased with works of two guys they were very professional and completed a big job of cleaning ductwork very efficiently everything was very neat after they left. Vince look very clean. I have an indoor cat and they kept very aware of keeping the front door as closed as possible with their hosing having to still be run through the doorway . I was very appreciative of that. as it would have been easy for my cat to become afraid of the noise dart out of the door. I would not hesitate to call upon them again. Thank you two guys.

I set up cleaning of my dryer and vent through Two Guys Energy Solutions, Casey called me earlier than when the appoint was scheduled. He said he finished his other job early and if I wanted he could swing by, I confirmed. When he arrived we discussed the job the price with options of what I wanted to accomplish. Great Company to do business with! Austin is professional and friendly! He called me back within seconds after getting an email from me for HVAC services, texted when he was on his way. He took care of our immediate needs in such a timely manner and went above and beyond to help get our new dryer exhaust hose hooked to the wall after cleaning air vent! I will definitely use them again for future services!

I called after 9pm, expecting to just leave a name and number for a next day call back. Instead they answered that late, and were able to get me in the next day. Super professional, price quote was high due to my lack of knowledge, but they adjusted the final price down for the work actually done instead of taking advantage of my ignorance. They were early, and just great communication across the whole process. This is what great customer service is supposed to feel like.

Austin was prompt, professional and thorough. He showed great respect for our home and left everything very clean. He took before and after pictures of the dryer vent system and shared some good tips regarding on going care. I will definitely hire Two Guys again!
