Extremely high for what was done job was never completed. They did not ask for permission to do certain parts of the job before they get it in and charged additional.

WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! LIES, OVERCHARGES, DON'T SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL. They will tell you one thing and then try to charge you more! Here's what happened to me: I hired them to close my pool in November 2018. They were booked so we had to schedule it out a bit, which was ok with me. They quoted me $295 via text message through HomeAdvisor. Then we got an unexpected early freeze here in Missouri, which made the situation a bit more urgent. I looked out at the pool system and it was frozen and I had some cracked PVC pipes near the pump. I contacted them and told them it was frozen and asked them if they could still close a pool when it was in that condition or do we have to wait. They told me they should still come out and look at it. I thought that was good customer service...little did I know that it was actually going to cost me extra! I had talked to them about also putting a new part on my hot tub and they said they would do it when they came out for the pool, and that it would only be the cost of the part, which he estimated over the phone to be $25-$30 dollars. I said great and was really happy about it. They didn't come out to look at my pool when they said they were coming. I had to contact them to verify if they were coming or not...they had me waiting around all day! They claimed they were too busy and had to reschedule. They rescheduled for another day in the afternoon. I called them in the morning to verify that they were coming that afternoon as planned because I had to go to work and couldn't wait around all day again. They showed up at my house about 1 hour later...about 5 hours early. Of course I was gone. They looked at the pool for a few minutes, determined exactly what I had already told them, that the pool was frozen and there were some cracks in the PVC pipes. They determined they could not close it because it was frozen. They also found they had brought the wrong part for the hot tub, so the trip was for nothing. Then they CHARGED ME $95 for the trip!! They claim it was a "service call" for the hot tub. But they had already planned to fix that for just the cost of the part. They claimed that because they had to come out again they charged me...and because I live far away from them (although they claim they service my area!) I paid the $95 on credit car(although shouldn't have). Then they had to come back when it thawed out to fix and close the pool. The weather warmed up and we scheduled them to come out on Friday. The guy showed up and everything was good...he did what needed to be done to close the pool, leaving the repairs for another time. He capped off the cracked pipes so we could get the lines blown and the pool covered. He was great by the way. BUT then they charged me $315 for the pool closing instead of $295! When I asked about the charge they claimed that the $295 quoted was just a base price, and because I live "far away" they charged more. Do they service

They have been responsive, but still waiting on response from OEM to complete the repairs and to get the spa working.

They did the job right. It would have been faster if they had the parts on hand. They are a CAL SPA dealer so I would thank they would have some parts on hand but all and all they did a good job.

We hired Two Men and a Spa Dolly for pool opening, maintenance and closure in the Spring of 2018. We encountered the following problems: Billing for maintenance began before the pool was opened, in additional to the opening fee. When we pointed that out, no adjustment was made. The pool opening was late by approximately two weeks Pool cleanings weren't consistent - sometimes ok, sometimes we found rocks and debris left in the bottom of the pool We had to call another repair service when we had minor issues with our pump The chemicals were off often enough that we started to do our own by the end of the summer Although they removed the pool cover in the spring, when it came time to close the pool, we received a message on our invoice : "I don't know how to put the cover on". Customer service was very poor, with inadequate or no response to our inquiries Ongoing maintenance was very high due to chemical charges. Invoices left in our mailbox were illegible When we would try to cancel appointments the day before, they would show anyway and charge us Our repeated attempts to get this vendor on track were ignored. We should have checked the Better Business Bureau first - there is a history of complaints there. Stay far away from these folks. The service and product was terrible. We haven't had a vendor this bad in a very, very long time.

They said they would be back because they didn't fix it during the first appointment on Thursday. Appointment was Saturday between 8:30 and 11 am. It us now 2pm and no one has shown up. Please contact them to find out where they are!

Gary was efficient and did a great job. Answered questions and was very professional! Would hire again.

Told us how much a project would cost without even coming out & even guaranteed that that the price would not go up.

They quoted an install price and I was told they would hook up the gas if it was a normal hook-up. The replacement heater was the same brand and capacity, a straight forward replacement. I was mislead. They also would not return my phone calls. The water pipes they hooked-up leaks. They also added taxes to our quoted price.

They fixed my pump on our indoor bathtub and saved me a lot of money having to pull out the tub and replace. However, in taking out the pump and/or re-installing the GFI box would not work when plugging the pump into it to run the jets. It worked fine before, but somehow something changed. That meant calling an electrician to check the box and another fee. Again, this is the reason it is not 5-stars all the way through. I would use them again if I had to, but want to be honest due to the hassle of having to get an electrician out.

I originally hired these guys to deliver my hot tub several years ago. I did not realize they did repairs. They were timely, knowledgeable, and help me get my spa up and running again. Highly recommend!

Put a container of sealant in for leaks. Said they’d come back with another bottle if it didn’t work. They did not we had to go by their shop to pick it up. Still leaks.

They were fast, friendly, and efficient.

Very prompt and dependable.

They came in and found the problem, ordered the part and was back in 8 days to fix That included 2 weekends. I will definitely keep them on my list of who to contact.
