Professional and personable experience. Worked around my fur babies and family members who work night shift. Really went that extra mile to insure that I was happy with the results. Margie is a very friendly person and so is her partner. I would recommend Margie to anyone that needs assistance but worries about indoor pets and family members at home during the day.

I am here at my house cleaning it because Margie & Rachael DID NOT CLEAN, they DIDNT GIVE IT A LICK & A PROMISE. I feel like a fool for believing Margie. Margie wanted to know if I wanted a regular cleaning or a deep cleaning. I told her I need the walls wiped down, all the baseboards cleaned and all the door frames cleaned, all windows cleaned on the inside and the Flux Blinds cleaned on both sides. I told her I had 6 single windows and two sets of bay windows and three doors. I wanted all kitchen and bathroom cabinets and drawers cleaned inside and outside. I wanted ceiling lights and fans cleaned . All floors swept or vacuum and the laminate and title floors mopped. Margie said that would be considered a Deeo Clean so they could do all that for $250.00. I told her I had cleaned the stove and dishwasher myself. She said she cleaned the refrigerator. They did not clean the house like Margie said they would, The floor was not swept or mopped.

I did everything that she's saying I did not do I did. She was happy. She looked through the place before I left. One Time Interior House Cleaning
This is an update to a previous review in which I had given this company a .5 star rating. Since then, Margie contacted me and offered a re-clean to apologize for my bad experience. This time it was her usual above-and-beyond service. I am very pleased, and I think that the previous problems were a one-off due to a staffing problem. Two Sisters went above and beyond in cleaning my floors, as well as every corner of my house. They did an excellent job!

I highly recommend them and I’m happy I hired them. Their rates are very reasonable and are hardworking and pleasant. They go over and beyond and do not charge extra.

This is an update to my previous review, which was written immediately after my cleaning experience. It was only in the following days I realized the crew had broken my tea maker, lost (or taken) a piece of one of my cherished tchotchkes, and thrown away valuable items in my refrigerator. These losses had a monetary value of almost $200. However, they had done such a great job with the original cleaning, that I scheduled them again. Margie said she would call me on Wednesday to confirm the details for a Friday clean. She never called and never responded to the calls and texts I made to her. Bottom line: unreliable.

"I'm so sorry I don't remember breaking Tea pot I do remember about throwing away stuff out of refrigerator but I only did that because I was not familiar what it was? I thought it was something that had went bad and turned black. But I do remember you calling me about it. And I tried to explain it was in the trash. I'm very sorry I did that. One Time Interior House Cleaning
First of all, they arrived a bit early, which meant I missed less time getting to work. Then Margie and her crew went above and beyond to get my very messy house in shape, cleaning, organizing, and even going so far as to break down a ton of boxes in the garage, hang pictures, and install a new toilet seat. Simply put, they turned a disaster area into a warm, cozy, liveable home. I would recommend them 100%!

One Time Interior House Cleaning
First of all, they responded to my inquiry very quickly, & then even came right out to give me a quote. They were able to do the job the same week, which was great because we were on about of a timeline. Let me just say, it was a pretty big job, but they didn't bat an eye. They were very professional & extremely courteous and respectful. I can't even say enough about the work they did! I could not be any happier & the rate was more than reasonable. I just literally cannot say how happy I am with the work they did & I will DEFINITELY hire them again!!!

One Time Interior House Cleaning
They cleaned, organized, and assembled furniture at my home. They started at the front of my place and ended at the back, completing the house. I'm hoping to set a cleaning schedule with them. I work a lot since COVID and I appreciate the extra help with keeping my home clean and relaxing.
