Plugged up the vaccum instead of emptying it didn't clean off any horizontal surfaces, you know like tables, dressers, kitchen cupboards never mind anything high like the top of refrigerator or cabinets. Never again for $1

"Everything was thoroughly cleaned. Vacuum was used about two minutes, because your wife brought it to me with the battery dead, so all floors where done with a hand broom and on my hands and knees, thus taking a lot longer than needed to be. I did state that I do not provide a vacuum cleaner, so when one is left for me that does not work, and does take longer to do my job... If there was a complaint, I would have been happy to address if you would have text the number that you have for me. This review is defiantly not called for. This was a general clean upon your request. This was also a move in clean, so there was no refrigerator, dresser or table at your residents. Hopefully in the future, you can communicate better with your cleaner."

Amanda is an absolute professional. She was on time and did an amazing job cleaning for us in a timely manner. Amanda was friendly and caring about our needs. Amanda was great to work with and was very thorough with deep cleaning. I appreciated her flexibility in coming on a sat.to assist with some heavy cleaning. That level of customer service is rare today. I've booked two additional cleaning sessions with her. Her rates were reasonable for the cleaning that needed to be accomplished. She even charmed my son into picking up his toys. Robin
