Two and A Half Men Construction

I needed a tarp to repair storm damage. She did not go to the store till the next day, so no more tarps in stock. She said felt paper is the next best thing and installed that. Within 14 hours of installation, the wind had blown 75% of the paper from the roof. I tried to call twice, the voice mailbox was full, texted twice, no reply. That was 48 hours ago. She said her bank was closed due to the storm (which is possible; a week later, I still do not have power). So I pulled cash out of my meager emergency funds, and I cannot even stop payment on the check I was planning on giving her before she asked for cash. Also, she said if I had problems, to contact her. Due to a lack of response, I feel like I was lied to since the paper is hanging off my roof. I just need the job I paid for since felt paper does not seem to work.

Chelsey did a good job installing the gutter guards. I am waiting for a rain to see how the guards work. One review said the rain runs over the guards and not in the gutters, we will see?

Chelsey was here when she promised for both the estimate and the job, she didn't ask for money up front and kept me informed about any issues. She did a good job, was timely and even offered to help with other projects.
