Toho is great! He has done wonderful jobs for us at very reasonable prices. He is also willing to cooperate with our time and convenience which is very important for us. He is especially good at carpentry and fixed our old Chinese furniture very well. We will definitely hire him again in the future.

Tyin is knowlegible, professional, and skillful. He replaced and installed ceiling fan with light, vanity light set, and bathroom faucet set in less than (3) hours. Tyin Handyman Service will continue as my first choice.

The company sent a technician who does work for the company. But the owner did not give him all the details. The price negotiated with the company was re-negotiated because of this -- increased by $100. The work is half done because the shutter size needed for the second floor was shorter than for the ground floor so I had to re-order the shutters for the second floor. The technician did an excellent job on the ground floor shutters and is expected to return when the shutters for the second floor arrive -- in about 2 weeks.

I contacted Toho Yin (Tyin Handyman Services) for an estimate on several handyman projects. He came the next afternoon to give us an estimate on several projects and offered to do some of the repairs while he was there. He quoted us an hourly rate and completed two repairs (repairing a wood front storm door which included re-doing the door handle/latch and replacing the closures) and also repairing a broken gate latch. He looked at another storm door that needed repair or replacement and new trim. He identified several issues he found with the existing storm door; suggested that a new door would be preferable and why; and pointed out the "problems" that would be entailed in repairing or replacing the door due to the location of our outside step railing too near the door frame. He was very frank about not wanting to quote a repair estimate because he could not estimate how much time would be involved if the railing had to be removed, etc. Toho arrived when he said he would; was very polite, very professional and very honest (which we greatly appreciated). We recommend him!

Toho has worked on a variety of projects for me and he always does an excellent job. He's friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and always has a can-do attitude. Toho quickly and skillfully repaired a tile and floating shower shelf installation job that had been botched by another contractor and I can't say enough positive things about him. A great guy who does great work.
