I feel like she did great but its was a little pricy and it took over a month for her and her husband to install. She also required half of the payment upfront even though she took a month. Also, once my appointment time came up, she rescheduled to two days later. She stated that a professional would be installing the window drapes and hardware but she and her husband showed up to install the hardware so I was left wondering why I was paying so much since this is not what was stated in the initial pricing which included professional installation I never got, lol. Due to her not being able to complete the installation the day she came, she also came back to finish installing, this time with her son to help her. I was still wondering why I wasn't given a discount or something due to technically I was paying 3k for this and there was no professional installers like she initially told me in the price quote. Trudy was very friendly and so was her husband and son but I still feel like the fee was a little too high. She did do a good job but I'm still not convinced it was worth the price I paid for my living room, patio doors and my bedroom room and bathroom windows only. I have a 4 bedroom house so I still have to finish 3 bedrooms and my dining room downstairs and I paid 3k already so with that said I think I'll go with a more affordable window service to finish the house because this one is definitely steep in the price range. I am happy with her work but I'm not rich so I have go with a more affordable option next time. But if you have a lot of money and you want quality I would definitely recommend her. But I still have to be honest in my review because it might save someone else money.

She is very hardworking, determined and takes pride in her work. Very proficient in her work.
