I've been a facility maintenance worker for 5 years and do woodworking on the side. Projects that include hanging TV's or installing shelves. Drywall patching, texture, painting, light electrical work like replacing outlets or light fixtures. Replacing fixtures like sinks or toilets sand clearing clogs for plumbing are also a regular routine. I value a job done right and in a timely manner.
