We were looking for a honest and dependable person to remove a tub and put in a walk in shower. Im glad we chose Tyler the Tiler. If you’re looking to have this done, this is the guy to do it. Tyler did an amazing job , we couldn’t be happier. Turned out excellent. We will be using him next year on another project. Thank you Tyler!

Tyler is an outstanding professional and an efficient tile design and installation expert! From the very beginning of the project to the very last step, he was communicative and had significant expertise regarding the selection of the materials, tear out of the old showers, and the installation of my new ceramic tile showers. He was also very conscientious about keeping everything clean and making sure the work was completed to perfection. He is very polite and respectful. Tyler did an excellent job installing our glass tile backsplash. He let us know the day before he was due to arrive and was very prompt. Kept to the timeline he set and cleaned up very well post install. He even repaired our builder installed tile shower area that had water seepage behind the tile. I have recommended him to our neighbor who has a pending tile job.

Do not recommend. This backsplash installer did terrible work and damaged our 2-month-old countertops by failing to protect his work area. The quality of his installation was poor, and when we contacted him about the damage, he agreed to fix it?but then ghosted us. When I followed up, I discovered he had blocked both me and my husband on Facebook to avoid taking responsibility. He claims to be insured, but never provided proof and refused to pay for professional repairs. When emailed him and said we would need to seek legal advice if he didn?t resolve the issue, he accused me of threatening him. This is not how a professional should act. He wasted our time, damaged our property, and then tried to silence us rather than make things right. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and not someone you can trust to do the job or handle mistakes like an adult. I would strongly caution anyone considering hiring him?do yourself a favor and stay away.

Tyler was prompt, good communication and courteous. We are renting so he had to communicate with the owner and us. He cleaned up his worksite nicely. Completed the job in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend him.

Tyler is polite, respectful, punctual, and a hard worker. Those are qualities that are hard to find with the 30 something crowd these days. Tyler was prompt and showed up when he said he would. He repaired the issues I pointed out and even came back to correct the one tile that was cut too short. Aside from being a bit expensive he did a great job.

Do not use Tyler. He did not complete the shower. He left grout all over the shower. Threw away my tile handle so I can not use the shower. I hired a plumber to install a new handle and he needs to remove the tile to get to the valve. Tyler refuses to come back to remove one piece of tile. The work looks like crap. He tore the top part of the ceiling off
