Tyrell Appliances Repair

Hired Tyrell to install a 42" fridge. It fell off of his dolly and landed on my vehicle damaging both the vehicle and fridge. Tyrell gave me information for his insurance that he canceled and now will not return calls. Not sure if he even has insurance. I would not recommend

DO NOT USE THIS GUY. HE IS A SCAMMER. About 2months ago we called him to repair dishwasher. He told us that it needs mother board and will order from supplier for $260- we paid him $260 for the part. When we asked if we can order from Amazon- he tells that it's special part amazon will not have it. So he orders it and asks our address but it goes back to warehouse "because they could not deliver to our address" accordingto him.. Which was a lie since we have no problem receiving packages. Before he comes to fix it , my husband messed with the bottom of dishwasher and it started working- it was probably a minor problem somewhere in wire connection. So we called him and told him about not needing the part anymore. We already paid his initial visit charges that we knew that we will not get back and he tells me that he will refund $260 for the part when he gets refund from company. I have called and texted him every week. He has not refunded the money and it's been over 2 months.

In March are washing machine went out. We contacted him to come fix it and he told us we needed a motor. He never gave us the tracking number, although he had it sent to our house (so he says.) A month later and he says it was delivered to the wrong address still would not give a tracking number. After that, he comes and spends about 2 hours working on the washing machine and finally admits that it's a used part and he could not fix the issue. We would have to either order another motor for $260 or just get a whole new washing machine. He told us that we would get a refund within 10 days and now he is refusing to answer our calls or respond to our messages. This is so unprofessional and apparently we are not the only ones. Please do not use this man!

He will scam you out of your money don't do business with him he doesn't text or call back warning do not give him any money

Tyrell was polite and courteous. Was prompt, very knowledgeable, and will call Tyrell Appliances Repair when need something fixed, and refer this company to friends and family.

Tyrell was very pleasant and personable. He was efficient and informed me of everything he was doing. In fact he had to order a part and came back the next day as promised. I will definitely use him in the future. My refrigerator is back to running like it is brand new.

Tyrell was great. Always reachable and always there when he said he would come. I would highly recommend him. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the dryer, ordered the part and installed it.

When all else failed, repairman went an extra step to help find other less costly ways to repair my range. He went the extra mile to find other businesses to complete the actual order for the parts. Making money wasnâ t the top priority. Tyrell wanted the customer happy and appliance FIXED!! Seems like he enjoys what he does! And thatâ s a must in any profession. That same energy passes to the customer. I was still satisfied I used ANGI, all though my applicable COULDNT be completed. Great advice!!

Tyrell was awesome. I explained to him that my frig had crashed & my food was beginning to perish. I had called around 40 repair stores, yet none could come out until a few days later. Even though he was booked up for the day, Tyrell came within a few hours to look at the frig. Within a few minutes he had diagnosed the problem, replaced the damaged parts, & had my frig back up & running. He was honest, Fair, polite, & very knowledgeable-a total pro!
