Water Heater Repair or Service
I would rate their workmanship & promptness excellent. However I felt their charge was very high. They didnt replace any parts & were here less than a 1/2 an hour. Yes, they solved my hot water problem by starting my pilot light & I was charged $150.00 for it. Which to me was exorbinate. I realize they are in business, but to charge that much for what they did , to me was wrong. And, to me was more than a Doctor would charge. I feel I was taken advantage of.

"I understand how this customer feels, but I have found in our experience of 30+ yrs that other plumbers are charging the same amount for service calls, they only show it as trip charges and then hourly rates and some even charge for there travel time. I'm glad we were able to respond so quickly and resolve the problem without it costing him anymore than what we charged. I hope in the future he will try us again for his plumbing needs."
