Scott got in touch with me right away and then helped me figure out what I wanted/needed in my system. Tyler came the very next day and installed everything and helped me learn how to use it and the apps. I am a single mom with two children at home and I feel much better knowing I have a security system helping keep us all safe! I also like the fact that this is a local company and not a big chain! The man who serviced the system was really excellent. He updated our information in the system, got our front door camera sync'd up with our new WIFI provider, found another camera that wasn't working, checked all our fire alarm batteries (our initial call was to help with one alarm). He was friendly and answered all our questions. He deserves a 5.0 ++ rating
