Called us right away, was able to find our small plot of land on Google Earth, emailed an invoice, made an appointment in 2 weeks, arrived on time, brought just enough sod, carefully prepared the earth, laid the sod (lovely grass), rolled it, watered it, and left us with good instructions. Very professional wonderful to deal with

We live in an old brownstone in midtown Manhattan. The basement floor was broken and cracked, and in some areas, missing completely. U. Arias cemented it beautifully. They were punctual, did the work faster than anticipated (three days instead of four), cleaned up the area, and were super professional and friendly. I felt confident when they began the job, and they lived up to my expectations.

After a local general contractor botched our basement water- proofing job, U Arias Corporation was contracted to make the repairs. Discovering the extent of the damage, these gentlemen fit me into their already busy schedule and promptly started to repair the damage. U. The first truck arrived for the purpose of pruning and cutting the tree. A separator wood chipping truck arrived to remove debris. The timing was well coordinated. I would use them again.

U. Arias removed a large diseased tree, including the stump and also trimmed the other trees in our coop development. The crew showed up on time, was polite and professional. They worked quickly and neatly and removed all debris. They tore up some grass as their truck sank into wet soil, but they replaced the topsoil and sod the next day. We have awarded them an annual tree maintenance contract based on the quality of work they completed.

So happy with the way it looks now with new sod. They did a great job that I now want them to do the interlocking pavers for my driveway and walkway. I highly recommend these guys.

Edward and George and their crew did an excellent job trimming and spraying our trees and removing a very large diseased tree. The trees they trimmed look great. They were very professional in their attitude and their crew worked efficiently and effectively and politely. They followed up promptly on all communications and gave us a very good price. We expect to use U. Arias for all our tree maintenance in the future and would recommend them.
