Car slid off an an icy road took out my backyard fence. Rick showed up on time for the initial estimate and did an excellent job replacing the fence back better than the original on the proposed schedule.

"I sincerely regret your dissatisfaction with the work we did. Following the initial work, I was called back to adjust a gate latch, which I did. However, the customer never contacted me to rectify the subsequent issues she had. I did reach out to her asking why I was never provided the chance to address these issues, and why it took three months to submit the negative review. I am not perfect and do make mistakes, and will probably make a few more in the future. However, I will ALWAYS rectify these mistakes if given the opportunity."
