Never completed the project, takes 3 times longer then he said it will, NO communications. Workmanship poor, would not ever do business with him.

Signed a contract with Blake 2 weeks ago to build a garage. He was suppose to start that week, 2 weeks later now he has yet to show up and will not return any phone calls or texts.

These guys are jack of all trades. Installed retaining wall, water proofed foundation, sidewalk and landing, fixed wrought iron gate, installed some fencing put up new mail box and post and paved a beautiful concrete driveway and parking area. The only reason I rated them at four stars instead if five was because of the length of time it took them to complete. But well worth the wait. Honest men, reasonable prices.

I hired Blake to finish the rest of my basement so I could sell my house. He did a pretty good job, except that he never checked his electrical work to see if it was functional. I asked him to fix it, and he came by the house to check the breaker, but he never came back to replace it. I called and e-mailed, but he seemed to disappear. I had to pay an electrician to fix the problem. It turns out one of the wires hadn't been connected. I was pleased with U Call It up until the owner started ignoring me.

This is one of the projects I contracted him to do for me. The substructure is way over done while the top is cheap and incomplete with exposed ends of hollow composite not capped, top rail used for bottom of railing so it catches rain and debris, a simple bench is a big block covered in hollow composite and not what I asked for. Instead of stairs I asked for a ramp for my scooter, the end just drops off about 2-3 inches and very dangerous for me to use and the 'curb' on the inside of the ramp is really uneven. Also, no trim at the bottom of the posts, or fascia boards around the exposed framing. Will not reply to any form of contact.

"This was a very nice deck with a ramp. I have pictures of this project and I have sent customers to go look to see the craftsmanship. She was very happy with everything on this project even when she wrote the payment for it. Two weeks later I am getting phone calls from the BBB saying that she is very disappointed with her deck. I sent Wichita's inspector to reinspect the deck, he at that time told me it was built very well and he would be pleased to have it on his house. I had a feeling that she wanted this deck for nothing. when we bid the deck she didn't want to pay a lot but wanted the composite decking which is a very nice product."

Deck or Porch Repair
The completed project was done very professionally. However, communications seemed to be a problem as I believe calls are screened and ignored. Also never knew when workmen would show up. No established standard for showing up and working. Craftsmanship excellent! Would hire again under new standards for work.

"This project was a porch over hang. There were a couple things that we had to wait on supply wise to come in after ordered. Over all I enjoyed working on this project with the customer. I feel bad that they feel that they couldn't get a hold of me. When I bid a project I work with the guys on it. There are times that I can't get to the phone. I may be on another job site with the other crew. I alloy The answer service to get it. I always called back. Thank you for your rating This helps me to improve on my costumer relation to make a better company."
