I had a small rodent problem and Victor responded to my request on Home Advisor almost immediately. My request was 1:30 in the morning!!! He came out by 12 PM the same day and solved the problem. I would highly recommend him.

I am very pleased and grateful for the immediate response to my request! I initially hired a well-known company (Orkin) to do a job for my father, paid for the plan and two days past no one bother to call and or show up to do the job! I immediately cancelled the service and went on Home Advisor in service for pest control. UMA Pest Control reaches out immediately and address the concerns from the initial phone call to the end of the job. I was so impressed I hired them for an additional job at my own home! They are reliable and made the process for both jobs easy breezy! Thanks guys!!! Keeping UMA Pest Control in my favorites!

I hired UMA Pest Control for a Carpenter Bees problem in my house. These carpenter bee nests brought Woodpeckers to the house and these birds wreaked havoc on the siding. I did some research on the bee spray and discussed it with Victor and Elvado. They were quite knowledgeable and agreed to the treatment plan that used the specified spray. Victor and Elvado were quite punctual and responsible for their work. They even went out of their way to fill the bee’s holes in my siding with wood putty for a nominal fee. They asked me to wait for a week for the spray to take effect on the bees, but the next day a woodpecker pecked two more holes in my house, they promptly came back to do more spraying and also suggested that I put up the reflection tape. With the spray and the reflection tapes, the woodpeckers have not come back. I would hire them again to do follow up treatments in early Spring and probably August when the bees are most active to eliminate the Carpenter Bee problem in my house and also the Woodpeckers for good.

I can't say enough good things about Uma! Customer service was fast and worked with me in a great way. Treatment was excellent and honest. I have found my Pest Control team for as long as I live in there service area. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Uma to anyone!

I hired UMA Pest Control to get rid of mice for my 3 family house. My tenants immediately noticed a difference. After Victor left, they didn't see any mice at all. Within a week, the mice were gone. He came back the next week and closed all of the holes for me for an unbeatable rate. I would certainly recommend UMA.
