We just got an awning installed from U.N.I. Exteriors and it looks amazing. We were very pleased with Eric and his crew. They were professional and kept us informed of what was going on and they left our yard clean. They were really good to work with. We are now enjoying our Awning and being outside in our yard.

The quality of the product is outstanding. The detail is beautiful. From the estimate to installation this experience has been easy and the owner was very helpful with ideas. The installation went really well - the installers were professional - there were some modifications they had to make on the fly and they kept me informed and allowed me to make final decisions. I am very happy with the experience and would encourage use of this vendor.

From the owner (Pamela) and the contractor (Gary) they are professional, punctual, and very personable. We really gave Pamela fits as we tried to design something that we wanted with a mixture of rustic wood and aluminum awning. She was very patient with us and never let on one time that we were problem customers. She took the changes in stride as did Gary. We love the project outcome and will use this company again if the need arises. You can hire this company with confidence and know that the job will be done right. Thank you very much U.N.I. for a very pleasant experience.

I was very impressed by the price and workmanship of the awning we got. When it came to scheduling the original estimate and having a schedule in advance, I wasn't as impressed. It was their busy season, but they came two days later than the original estimate date they told me, and on the day of install, I had about 10 minutes notice before they showed up to install it. The people themselves were wonderful, it was just the organization and communication before-hand that were a little lacking. I'd definitely recommend UNI to others, though. They installed it faster than anyone else said they could timeline-wise, and it was cheaper and great quality, too.

Pam is working with us and has designed a new kitchen in an area we thought was impossible to work with. We're only through initial phase, but she is an amazing, smart and talented business person. Her team of contractors are the best. I highly recommend U. N. I.

I am extremely pleased with U.N.I.'s team. They are very professional and I feel like they met all of my needs. I recently moved from Chicago and I have have high expectations of contractors. I feel U.N.I. met all of my expectations. I would recommend them.

UNI is every homeowners worst nightmare ! From the very first day she sent in an incompetent, unprofessional guy who during our kitchen demolition did so much damage to the electrical, the concrete floors. It was a mess. I told UNI to get someone else in to do this job, which she did. The second sub was wonderful, very helpful and knew what he was doing. We had problems with UNI paying the sub contractors and paid some of them myself. The cabinet company sent me a bill UNI was suppose to pay but didn't and we were threatened with a lien on our house. She is NOT a contractor, she is an agent for the real contractor. She also did not have liability insurance when she began the job. After bringing this to her attention she got very angry but ended up getting the policy renewed. It had been expired for over a year. We were told 2-3 weeks to completion. It's been 3 months. We ended up with a settlement and will finish without her.

I would not recommend this company. The sunroom cost $30k, yet it was poorly built, with no heat or ventilation. It is simply 3 walls with windows & 2 new doors on a concrete floor which is now crumbling. The sunroom houses a spa, & on the east wall there is only 4 inches between the spa & the wall, so neither can be cleaned or accessed. If I want anything done about these problems I will need to pay for the work! Outrageous since I have already spent $30,000. Sunroom is so cold in winter, spa can't be used! I would not recommend them to anyone!

Early in the season for Awnings, so we were able to come to terms, select the style and get it installed all within 2 Weeks. Looks great, feels solid, and we're looking forward to enjoying the deck more this summer!

The owner of UNI was very helpful and accommodating, even accompanying me to look at granite counter tops. She was quick to respond to my requests and offered useful suggestions. The guy she contracts can do pretty much everything and is very knowledgeable and accommodating. All in all, a very positive experience.

What a wonderful and honest company to work with. The owner was a pleasure to work with and she went above and beyond to work with our insurance company. I would highly recommend this company.

On time and on budget.

At first I had issues getting them to show up for the bid; however, when I called back they owner was very apologetic and came out herself to give me the bid. They were great to work with and I am thrilled with the final product.

They are scheduling to install next week.

I think they did a really good job,I know they had to do more work then they thought they would have to putting in my new doors,but they got it done!

UNI installers did a great job, but we had several issues with the owner. There wasn't a permit for the patio cover until after we filed a complaint. After the job was completed, we were told if we used a credit card to pay, there would be an additional 2% fee. Not good business practices for a company that has been in business since 1997.
