"We perceive this as a direct attempt to excoriate our Character. She has had numerous contractors out so I was told by this customer. She literally dranked water out of the sink when we left so the water not being on has to be incorrect we used the water to wipe everything down also. Our Contract was to do Subflooring, Flooring and Mold Remediation. Alice advised me she was very sick from the mold in her home from a water leak before we started. How one can be ungrateful is truly like a slap in face. I have this customer on video saying the leak under the cabinets were fixed before we started. I have the actual drain pipe that has holes in it from under the kitchen sink that would have leaked again had we not replaced and/or repaired with new plumbing. She requested that the end of cabinet stay the way they are and she stated that she would get trim later for that area because this was slightly unlevel due to the her counter top that we saved doing this Historical Preservation Counter-tops. Per agreement we billed here for installation of new cabinets and plumbing. The Lead P Trap (Silver Dollar Size Hole in the Pipe) I still have in my Possession. Per her statement she was extremely happy with the job until time to pay here obligation for the cabinets and plumbing installations. We did the Following for no charge: Light Upgrade Installed, New Dishwasher, Leaf Removal ($450 Value), Removed broken hot water heater, Fixed hole in the wall behind the washer and dryer, Hooked up Gas Range to save her money that we did not remove. We did a walk through with her to make sure everything was working. Per Alice statement "We did an outstanding Job!" Once Payment was requested she said she takes back being satisfied. I met with her and her son Chris and confirmed the cost to do Historical Preservation of the Counter Tops"
