Find a Custom Home Builder
I hired Demont Campbell and Urban Nest Development to build a new-construction home in South Dallas. I gave them $47,500 for construction contractor fees and after 5 months of little to no progress on the build, I requested all unused construction funds be returned to me. It has now been 2 months since my request and none of the funds have been returned.
