She did a lazy clean. She was hired to clean pool. She and her staff didn t do what they were supposed to. Didn t come some times. She quit after we sent a text telling her what she didn t do and what needs to be done. Testing the water for chemicals is not cleaning the pool. Have all type of issues now. We don t recommend this company.

"This person complaining is not even the actual customer and doesn't live there. She is the daughter. She started to have unrealistic expectations. She complained she had to skim the pool everyday of bugs/pollen which we have no control of in between cleanings. We had two weeks of pouring down rain that affected the chemicals on all our pools. We came out extra to address any concerns she had. We did not skip their pool, in fact notes were left each week letting them know what was done. We did only test one week due to lightening, but we made sure chems were balanced. We assured her we would do an extra special clean next week."

They are friendly and thorough. We tried some of the bigger pool services in the area, and they wouldn't clean out our pool, which was full of leaves. Brenda said no problem, and she got it done.
