Called for service mid day and they were able to get here by 5 and get my septic cleaned and it was 2 amazing professional ladies who came to the rescue! Definitely recommend!

I had a problem with my septic late at night. I called USA 1 and he told me he would be at my house at 6:30 next morning. He was at my house bright and early and pumped my tank. Starting with Russ' initial visit, he not only explained what he would need to do, but why it needed to be done so I understood the process completely. To make things even easier, he was very accommodating to our summer plans and schedules. During the process, Russ walked me through the steps that needed to be taken, including referring me to Engineers he'd worked with in the past that would match his quality. While on the job, Russ and his crew were extremely respectful of the neighbors and their property, ensuring there was no damage or mess left behind in areas that needed to be utilized for access. Throughout the process of installing/replacing a new septic system from inside the foundation to leach field, communication was excellent and quality of work was 5-star! Would recommend USA 1 Septic to anyone in need!

After being strung along by another company for three weeks, Russ came over the day after I called to identify the problem and tell me what needed to be done. Since he was booked solid for the next week, he came the following day, a Sunday, to take care of the project. It was such a relief! He was on time, explained exactly what he was going to do, and left with everything cleaned up and in place, even carrying away the pipes left behind by another plumber. Would definitely recommend!

For home owners like ourselves with no experience in septic work, Russ went out of his way to explain everything and encouraged us to ask questions, take pictures etc.. He runs very efficiently, waste removed on time, material delivered on time, the only thing he couldn't handle was the weather and the code enforcers schedule! Russ & Nick are very knowledgeable and really educated me on the functioning of a septic system and what to look for if problems exist along with maintenance of the system.

I contacted three septic companies to get pricing for analysis and repair of my current septic system issue. Russ was the ONLY person, of the three local companies, who responded to my call. He initially recommended doing a dye test, which I never knew existed and never had offered from a previous company that did my initial septic system inspection. Russ and an associate came by a couple of days after I contacted him, did the test, and spent additional time monitoring the leach field. They were able to determine the problem and recommend next steps. Additionally, I received an inspection report describing the problem. I highly recommend USA 1 Excavating & Septic to anyone needing septic system troubleshooting and repair.
