Initial work needed was to repair dry rot in covered porch decking. Concern about indications of damage beyond porch into exterior siding. As Dan peeled layers dry rot was found on the lower half of wall and window box framing. Removed and repaired, added missing exterior sheeting and moisture barrier. Danâ s knowledge of construction saved me thousands of additional damage Excellent craftsmanship.
