USA Chain Link Fence

I really liked Ruben and his partner from the moment I met them. They would have done the job on the spot had I been prepared, but unfortunately I was not. I was told to go to the a Home Depot or Lowes and pick a color, which I did. They ended up using wood from their yard. Of course it was with my permission, but we went back and forth on the color. I told my HOA it would be brown and in the photos and in person, it looks more red. All in all, my HOA is fine with it and so am I. The process was a bit frustrating for me even though Ruben so kind all the way through. I just felt they really wanted to use their wood from the get go and I should not have been told to go to the store and send a picture of the product I wanted use. That is the only reason they are getting 4 1/2 stars.

The work was done in a timely manner. Rust came back in area after about a month and I contacted USA to come out and address. They came out, sanded off the rusty areas and re-painted. They also helped identify why the rust came back - there was a hole in one of the fence panels. They did what they could to correct my problems and make it right!

Quick fast and great products and service. I would highly recommend this company.

They did a fabulous job and cleaned up afterwards. I needed my Golf course fence repaired and certain rusted areas replaced with new fabricated and welded on parts. They were quick and I highly recommend them. Will advise my HOA of their abilities.

I had a gate that was sticking because of a leaning cinderblock post. Ruben and his colleague figured out the best way to fix it and did the repair on the spot. I had just called them an hour before hand. Great service!

They answered all of my questions, came at the time they said they would be here, they worked consistently while they were here and did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone and feel fortunate to have found them.
