He was personable, work was fine however he did not leave an invoice for what he did even though I texted him several times and was told it was in the mail. It was never received. I also thought he was going to fix where the leak was coming from, him and the man he brought with him tried to fix the leak in my craft room but made it much worse. He then called at 7 am one morning and stated that finding where the leak was coming from was not his job he was only responsible for cleaning the air vents and covering up the mold. I told him if it wasnt your job you should have told me rather than attempting to fix something you knew nothing about. Yes I am upset, now I have to pay more to have someone fix the leak, which is now worse.

Would highly recommend! We're only half way through a total rebuild of bathroom and surrounding area due to water leak and mold damage. Very happy with the workmanship and professionalism. We live out of town so a lot of our correspondence has been over phone, text and email. I will update on completion of the project.

My wife and I enjoyed his presentation and observation of all areas of possible moisture and water leakage. He did a good thorough inspection. He was very pleasant to deal with and answered all questions. Very good experience. We are very pleased with the outcome.
