In arranging for a move the customer service was wonderful. The day of the move was delayed because of a snowstorm which they worked with us to address. However when the crew finally arrived they refused the job because of conditions in the house (cat oder). This left us scrambling to find an alternative moving option. They did refund our deposit fully so we were not out any money.

Movers were unprofessional. Making comments about how much stuff I own. (I had everything boxed, stacked, and ready to go.) They didnâ t bring their own tape measures, and used two of mine. One (that belonged to my father) has never been returned. They were slow in loading and unloading. Damaged furniture.

The 3 guys we hired after getting no showed by another company the day before my scheduled end of lease date (super fun ) weâ re incredible. They were fast efficient and super professional. I forget their names but it was the move from 6th floor apartment to a storage unit in Golden Valley â ¦ please make sure you give them praise

Pleasant, courteous & cleaned removed furniture area. Had couple places where walls were dinged but could not be helped due to size. would use again. Thanks for great job! cm

The actual work of moving items was fine. The on-site manager had the worst customer service skills I have ever experienced.

Micah, Judah and Zach were very professional. They were efficient, courteous and careful with by household good. They insured all items were well protected and no damage was done!!

Micah, Cash, and Evan worked steady for hours to get me moved. They were helpful and even put some things away for me. Great crew and fantastic customer service! Would hire them again. Highly recommend this crew!

The team of movers Sam, Jonathon, and Braylon were exceptional. They performed their tasks with grace and professionalism.. John from the customer care team called to check in throughout the day which was great. It made me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely recommend this service to my family and friends and definitely reuse them if I plan on moving again. Thank you so much.

Very negative experience. The "moving consultant" did not accurately explain the billing process during the first call and did not create a reasonable estimate for the amount of time that would be needed. I asked twice for packing guidance and was told I'd be sent a PDF, but never was. The day of the move, I was called 15 minutes after the four hour window during which the crew was to have arrived and told it would be another 2 hours before they got to our location. When asked about any compensation for this delay, I was told that since they were still performing the service that there would be no discount. When the crew arrived, they estimated twice the time I had budgeted for, and said that since I wanted things done in less time, they wouldn't wrap any of the furniture. They didn't explain that this meant that they wouldn't even use blankets between items in the truck. Naturally, several items were damaged. The crew was friendly after what had obviously been a long day for them, but that was small recompense. I would have been better off renting a U-Haul and hiring 3 day laborers.

We were very surprised at how long it took to empty and move an 8x10 storage room to an actual storage facility near our new home. There was a smell of weed when they arrived at the drop off location. They said they smelled it to. When we called to discuss the situation with the owner, he said that it took a long time because there was a freight elevator and they had to factor that time/cost in. What?s funny is the workers had to take that same freight elevator down to where our storage room was. So, they knew they?d have to use it, but they didn?t factor it into the time and cost of the move. All total it was 8 hours and over $800 to move a storage room to a storage facility that was 13 miles away.

They bailed on us last minute and still charged us. Had to hire some pros thru uhaul.

Corporate contacts were great, the crew arrived on time, the were attentive to detail, careful, courteous, and worked hard.

We needed last minute help finishing out our move and they had availability, even on a holiday weekend. Their team of three arrived quickly and dove in right away. Even though it was a hot and humid morning, they had solid attitudes and sense of humor. It made a stressful event for us into a much easier experience. They were careful and thoughtful with our stuff and didn’t hesitate to ask questions if there was any concern. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our first time hiring movers to help. For context: we were 70% moved out of our 700sqft apt (not including items in basement and garage) already and everything we had was packed, organized and ready to go. There were items in three separate areas with minimal items that required their wrapping (sofa and some heavy items). They took three hours all said and done. Dave, the driver/lead for this team, had a solid time estimate once he was on site and was able to stick super close to it.

Right on time! Explained process and pricing thought. Very hard working guys. Got to it right away and kept going going. Very polite and courteous!!!!!! Made moving slot less stressful!!!!!

I hired movers to take care of the larger items in a move that I could not do myself. I ended up carrying many items downstairs myself during the move as they were often on their phones. When I got to the bottom of the stairs with a queen-sized mattress, one of the 4 guys said, let us take that for you. They wasted a lot of time running up the clock. Breaks are expected after a heavy lift - not at the beginning of the clock. It should not take 10 minutes to wrap something that I said needed just a light wrap. On the plus side, nothing was broken!! I was glad I had floor runners down in the new house, because they did not put their own down in either house. Not too much mud was tracked into the new house. I will also need to use some Goo Gone or something to get the tape residue off of one of my large glass items. I did call my Rep John back after they were done. He agreed more training was necessary. It was a frustrating experience that left me at the Chiro later that day to fix the issues from me carrying things they clearly should have done but it would have taken them another hour to do instead of 10 minutes.

The pros were nice but did not handle my furniture with the care I have come to expect from professional movers.

Very timely, well mannered and efficient movers. Very easy to work with the office to get things scheduled.

We were not prepared, so numerous challenges were our own fault. However, limits on items retrieved or transported not fully transparent with services communicated. No gas-powered products or no items up high. I get it, but this was never shared as limitation during pre-booking.

Great company. Had a Issue with billing, but was resolved. Excellent fast service.

The associates and management took great care in representing the company in every aspect. Company high qualities include clear and concise communication, strong job/work ethic, and notable levels of professionalism thoroughout the entire job assignment.
