Justin was able to install the garage door opener and the trim I requested for the door. The trim matched perfectly; the garage door opens smoothly and quietly. He was quick to call me after I requested a quote and had the job done a couple days later. I would definitely recommend his services.

It was a fast response to the repair, however it took us over a week to receive the repair receipt by email, which was after 4 or 5 attempts of contacting by calling or texting asking for the receipt so we could have it file. That was the only concern we had. Otherwise, the service was fine.

The pro played an X-Rated radio station while doing my project. and told me that he would e-mail a receipt but never did, and he also claimed that the springs for my door were bad and wanted to charge me extra to repair those when that repair was not needed, and he refused to synchronize my other remotes with the new garage door opener unless I paid him extra.
