I actually did not pay them. I had a free inspection and they showed me that it was not an insulation problem. I didn't have to pay for anything. They were all very professional, and the inspector got in my attic and checked my soffits and insulation type and thickness. All was up to code. He said it could be a hvac issue, so thats my next approach. Thanks USA Insulation. ....
