USA Insulation of Mid Michigan

We had team L1, Jeremy, Jon,and Tony. And L3 Riley and Ross. Everyone was courteous and explained what they were doing . They came in to check paneling to make sure it was OK after blowing foam in.

We are really happy with our service with USA Insulations. The team that did it was Jermey, Jon, and Tony these men were really respectful and did amazing job. Ever since they left we noticed a big difference

The company contacts and ceo Chris were a pleasure to work with and very helpful. The guys who insulated my Attic and front walls were great and left the work area clean and looking great. The guy who drilled through my brick in our enclosed porch to insulate a posterior bathroom left a giant mess leaving me to move furniture back and did not mortar the holes fully (they did send a crew to fix this) also did not color match the mortar so it looks pretty bad even after it dried.

Do NOT Hire this Company. Poor job. Ineffective insulation. No reduction in Winter Heating costs and No Reduction in Summer Cooling costs. They use foam insulation that Degradeds & Shrinks & Crumbles. Extremely Poor, to Non-Existant Warranty. There are other companies over and Back up their Product & workmanship with a Lifetime Warranty. Spoke wirh the Owner of the Philadelphia Office & the Main Headquarters. Owner told me he will call me and get back to me after he returned from Europe from his son's soccer tryouts for a European team. I never heard back from him

Very professional installers. They did an excellent job

While trying to insulate the cavity below the bay window they damaged the outer siding while trying to access the cavity. Then they just left it damaged and never was able to install the insulation. Also some of the vinyl siding removed was not properly reinstalled.

My teams did a great job! They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The job went smoothly considering the advanced age of my home. I laugh because I know that nothing is plumb, level or square!. They came, they conquered, they cleaned up afterward and I got a days entertain as an added bonus! They were done with the entire house by mid-afternoon. Couldnâ t ask for better treatment.

They left my home a wreck, and the material used was not as described by the sales rep. Performance effects are nearly unnoticeable. There is massive cleanup and wall repair work left to do. very expensive project. It feels like my home got vandalized, and I was misinformed about what the job would do for me. The job was not done thoroughly, which required another trip out to check on the wall fill levels weeks later and more holes in my walls for me to patch and refinish. The offer to fix the existing crude drywall patches was made 3.5 weeks later. I will be scraping their work off so I can actually finish it properly before that. My biggest regret of the dozens of projects I have done in my home so far There is so much to fix and so few promises and expectations set by the sales representative.

Back wall of house is not insulated. Job was done 12/21 and they have yet to return to finish the job. Very pricey Not worth the cost...

Estimator came on time listened to my wishes, quoted a price I could afford, financed it. Installers were late but called to inform. Did show up, got right to it. Had to install from inside. They kept it neat patched the open holes, cleaned up, and vacuumed. Long day but a good job. I would use them again. Happy customer

This has been the worse experience I have ever encountered. The work has not been done correctly, created water spots on our ceiling, ruined new carpet in the basement with burn spots from foam insulation application, and the attic is left with insulation piled up and job unfinished. They refuse to correct the issues and blame everything and everyone else. They have walked away from our job until we install a new soffit around our entire house for additional thousands of dollars. The work is very unprofessional and the management has not bothered to resolve the situation. Currently having to pursue legal options. They got their money and have ghosted us. I definitely would not recommend USA Insulation.
