We had storm damage from a recent storm with high winds. We contacted USA Roofing and Renovations. I scheduled a Representative to come out. Their Representative met our Insurance Adjuster at our house a few days later. We were approved for a new roof because of the damage. They are experienced with the products they offer and we picked out a great shingle for us with high ratings, with the help of the experienced representative. We are completely happy with our new roof. Our home is a corner lot and stands out. The whole process from the time Insurance approved our roof, to the time we had the new one put on was less than 2 weeks. We couldnâ  t have done it without the knowledge of USA Roofing. They turned what could have been a very stressful experience into a very smooth and easy process. I highly recommend USA Roofing and Renovations.

Recently we had USA Roofing replace our roof. The job involved removing the existing shingles, adding ridge vents, and replacing the shingles. Great care was taken to protect our shrubbery and landscape. The product is very beautiful and comes with a full warranty.

I had a roof leak that was caused by a strong storm passing through that produced large hail. I called three different roofing companies and was pretty much told by two of them that it would be quite a while before anyone could come by to take a look at it, because hail had damaged a large number of homes in my area. The third roofing company, USA Roofing, on the other hand, was quite responsive and scheduled an appointment and took care of my homes immediate needs and in time was able to completely replace my roofing, gutter guards and other various items damaged from the storm. USA Roofing personal were very informative and answered all of my questions. The individuals that worked on my house, were courteous and performed the work in a timely manor. At the end of each step of the work performed, my yard was cleaned up of all debris that is generated from the process. I am very pleased with using USA Roofing and would not hesitate to recommend their services when the need arises.

First time having repairs on our house, so this was a new experience. Overall great company to work with. Repairs took a little longer than we would have liked, but do to large amount of storms in area during April, and a very rainy spring/summer, feel USA Roofing may have just been covered up. Overall very happy and impressed with quality of work. USA Roofing employees were always extremely courteous with us whenever we had any question to ask them. New roof and siding look great! All other repairs were completed to my satisfaction. They went above and beyond to help us through the entire process.

The roofers showed up at 8:30 and finished at 4:30. They were very organized and worked effectively. After the roof was installed the workers cleaned up my property very well. My back deck was full of leaves but when they cleaned up they blew the deck off and it looked better than before. Andrew came out to inspect and will be coming back tomorrow to make sure all is well.Great customer service and an all around great experience.

Hired USA roofing to replace existing asphalt shingle roof with a metal roof. Brandon came out and went over the available options with us and answered all of our questions. Work began shortly after. The crew was professional and kept me informed how they were coming along. After completion, Brandon came out and did final inspection. USA Roofing replaced our roof after storm damage. They were able to start soon after the storm, and they put up a temporary patch immediately. The crew was professional, courteous, and extremely hard-working. They worked one (long) day and finished up the next. Brandon was easy to work with, and he visited the site to make sure the work was done well and came again to make sure the site was cleaned up. He was also able to work with us and the insurance company to set up an easy payment plan. I highly recommend USA Roofing.

After extensive research, we were very impressed with the quality and service we received from USA Roofing. Sales team is very knowledgeable of their products allowing us to make an informed decision, unlike many companies employing high pressure sales tactics. They were professional and thorough from start to finish. They returned after the roof installation to assure there were no issues and that we were satisfied with the finished product. This was our first time hiring a contractor so we did a good bit of research and spoke with several companies before deciding on a a roofer and USA Roofing met and exceeded our expectations.

Had already engaged another roofing company after a leak started in the foyer then called insurance company and they asked that I get the roofer to come put a tarp on the roof until they could get there. Roofer couldn't be bothered and said I would have to do it. I then found USA Roofing and they agreed to get out that same day to check the leak. They found they could silicone the problem to prevent any further damage until the adjuster could see it and a claim made, etc. They have great relationships with the insurance adjusters and everything was approved on the claim and they came out and completed the interior repair and replaced the roof in 3 days. They cleaned up all roofing from the yard and did a beautiful job replacing the drywall and repainting. There was some damage done to a piece of vinyl by a ladder and when brought to their attention they immediately addressed it. I would highly recommend USA Roofing to anyone. It’s like dealing with good friends you have had for many years.
