Mr. Lloyd did a great job with what was available. He fixed a leak did free. But I had to buy a new filter ($599 from Leslieâ s Pool Service). I thought he was gonna install it. But must have misheard. Paid him $425 to do am intense cleaning of the pool. He got rid of all of the algae and mold. But without a new filter and a pool vacuum (e.g., Polaris) we wonâ t see the results we want. Itâ s a work in progress. But Mr. Lloyd does pretty good maintenance work.

Very friendly, enjoyed talking to him. Knowledgeable in the chimney sweep field and told me what he was doing and why. Recommended a heat shield for my fireplace. He did my fireplace I On Monday and ordered it to be sent directly to me. It is arriving tomorrow (Thursday). He told me how to install it. Well pleased with his work.

Lloyd did not bring a shop vac with him and left me with clean up. He also recommended and ordered a fireback and charged $189 for the fireback. The unit costs $90 from the supplier.

This guy with USA services novice showed up on time and appeared to know what he was doing.He said he completed a CSIsA inspection and gave me a list of recommendations and he agreed to show up at the end of the week to do repairs. Some delay to do the inaccurate number.
