Make sure you ask questions and supervise your job to be sure it is the way you wanted it. The salesman gave a better pitch than he should have.

Foundation Drainage Installation and Replacement
They did a beautiful job installing the system and would recommend. However, the workers were not very professional. They blasted music both days, left trash all over the basement (water bottles, clothing, spit sunflower seeds) and left water bottles and cigarette butts all over my driveway when I had an outdoor trash can no more than 100 feet. They initially identified my basement block type wrong and had to charge extra for the other system. Overall, glad I did because it looks so much better. When they were finished on the second day, they left without saying anything.. left my door open and didnt even tell me how to work my sump pump (never have had one before and 1st time homeowner) or instructions or anything.... I had to call the company multiple times to have them send out a certificate of warranty etc. So far, the system has been wonderful although I have never heard the sump pump on. I would recommend this company but the installers need to work on their professionalism.

They were the lowest bidders on my job and they did a great job. They were polite and clean and fast workers. I would recommend USA Waterproofing to anyone. Jeff was the man who came out and gave me an estimate and he was polite and explained everything and his crew worked efficiently and cleaned everything up so you could never tell they were here.

Salesman miss quoted job. Installers couldn't do job because of fuel oil tank in way. Wanted us to remove tank. We couldn't be without heat since it was 10 degrees outside. Salesman said they would just bore under tank. We cancelled job and got deposit returned returned to us.

The Environmental Protection Agency highly regulates oil tanks and we would not want your tank leak into floor drains Etc.. this would create problems and we take every precaution to protect homeowners from potential environmental issues. USA Waterproofing was able to connect me to one of their contractor, Springer Construction. They provided a reasonable price and did an amazing job. It was great working with them.

At times was difficult getting in touch with the owner who gave me my estimate. He did do the work, but am still waiting for him to come back out to fix an area that needed more excavating.

"The contract was completed . The basement is bone dry. During installation a huge storm hit I went home grabbed my personal generator from my garage and spent over 8 hours with the homeowners wife making sure there would not be a problem. This rating should be 10 stars !!!! Thanks neighbor"

I had an issue with the way the outside drain was installed into the yard. Tried several times to get the owner to call and each time was told he would but he never has returned my call. Also they knocked out a much bigger hole than was necessary and it took two weeks to finally get it repaired correctly.

"Was told by customer our service department never showed up for the appointment. The next day my office manager called this customer and said we already handled the repair. We repaired the area of concern promptly.The homeowner apologized for not noticing we were on his property the night before. He claims he missed the 1 ton dump truck in his driveway? Also..customer never made payment after asking about payment he claims he mailed it. Update 7/12/17 we received payment and a thank you from Mr. and Mrs Lloyd..Thanks for the business Steve Rusk President. USA waterproofing"

very honest, had a drain clogged at street, between curb and sidewalk. they could have fixed it and charged me but they told me that Fairlawn will take care of this and they did at no cost

I tried to hire this company but they never call back. I called several times, they said they would e-Mail me, leave my number with the owner we never had a follow up. Very poor customer relations, none.

"Unfortunately this is a horse barn that has no basement. After they moved the horses out, they are attempting to convert this horse barn into a house. Which is most unusual. 10 acres of land was drawing a river of run off toward the silo portion of the barn. We told him we could try to help him if he could have someone build a swale to divert the river from hitting the side of the barn. We never received a return call from the owner so we assumed he had someone else do the work. Thank you for the opportunity to come out and look at the barn."

Steve and the crew were great. Work completed on time. They went above and beyond to solve my water issues and my high expectations. We would definitely use them again. They did my interior drainage, crawl space, back up pump and extra exterior spot sealing. Go USA all the way!
