Very courteous laborers. Steve the owner was great! We hired him at the time of our free estimate and so glad we did. They did a great job. Very pleased. For the 1st time in 29 years...no water in my basement! Thanks to USA Waterproofing!

did not do work quoted. skiped digging floor in bath. said if proplem occurred to call them back. quote was for entire parimeter of basement.

"From the owner: The entire basement was waterproofed and is under a lifetime transferrable warranty, with the exception of two feet behind a toilet where a sanitary line was located, where no water was evident. The tenant was extremely pleased with the work that she even offered us breakfast. We rebuilt her front steps and shelving at no charge. Mr. Delmoro was extremely happy that we were able to save him thousands of dollars from a competitor that tried to high pressure his elderly tenant into signing a contract. With record rains since the installation, the basement has remained dry. THANK YOU for your business."

owner of business came to my house and was polite and not bothered to answer all my questions.Price was consistent with other quotes and then I received a discount for being flexible as to when work would be done. They estimated 3 days to do the work but all went well and they were done in 2 days. They were as clean as possible and cleaned up when done. Now that wet spring is here the system is working well. No complaints.

They cut my paneling 18" up the side walls and said you would never notice it, they covered the area with white material my paneling was walnut. They took out the bottom step and never replaced it now my steps are pulling away from the wall and I need to have them fixed. The good thing is the basement is dry but they left me with an expensive mess.

"The bottom step was so rotted from prior rains, it could not be reused. Instead we discarded the moldy, rotted step. It was not contracted to rebuild her steps. We are so happy we lived up to our contract and your basement is dry especially with record rainfall this year."

Original quote was increased by 15% for additional. Then the sub contractor refused to do it. Prime contractor claims they will not charger for the additional work which was not done.

I thought the workers did a good job, but the service leaves something to be desired. They ended up having to remove my basement shower to complete the work properly and in the process, cracked the floor pan. The service department, while not denying it could've happened, has only offered 2/3rd of the the cost. Here I am am now almost 6 weeks since this has been reported to them and I've yet to receive any of this 2/3rds they've promised. I've also yet to receive the written GUARANTEE I was promised.

The work was completed in the time frame I was told, which was wonderful. However, I was disappointed with a few things. They disconnected our dryer and fireplace, leaving holes to the outside during the winter and did not cover them. When I spoke with a foreman, she was less than sympathetic and basically told me it was my problem. I also have no idea how long it takes concrete to dry. Again, no follow up or discussion about when I could return my basement to order due to drying concrete. The salesman told me this company would put everything back where they found it, which did not happen.

only complaint is the slope to concrerte work now i have to shim to get canbenits and shelves level ( I was told be forehand about the slope but did not realize the extent of the slope until the job was completed and they cleaned their mixer on my lawn and killed the grass in that area,now I have a small concrete patch in my yard( wasn't the best grass to begin with but did expect the small patio they created. still a 405 rating and I would reccomend USA Waterproofing to my neighbors.

Very professional. They installed a sump pump and, at no extra charge, replaced the check valve just because they felt it was in my best interest to replace it now raather than wait for it to fail in the not too distant future..

We were told that the job would take 2 days. It ended up taking 3 days. They put this white liner about 1/4 of the way up the wall. We were not informed ahead of time that they would be doing this. It is not even flush against the wall. There are gaps so when I paint my walls it is going to look terrible. Then on top of everything, we were told by the sales person Brandon, who I was informed quit that we would be getting 18 months same as cash. When we got our statement, we recieved a Visa bill from Wells Fargo for a loan at 9.9%. Nicole is supposed to be correcting this for us. Over all we are a little disappointed with the service.
