Peter Paul arrived on time the same day we called (just a few hours after we had sump pump problems during a heavy rain). He quoted us at that time and managed to get a tech out 4 hours later. JIm the tech was fabulous. He fixed our problem, was very informative about our situation, and actually picked up the wet towels we had left the night before. He even double checked our exsisting back up sump pump set up that USA Waterproofing didn't install. I highly recommend this company from my experience and when we decide to finish our basement we will definitely consider USA Waterproofing.

Very stressful-I was not pleased-it looks ok on the surface but when you look close there many imperfections-the workers were very sloppy with no regard for keeping my carpet clean or keeping bugs out-they constatantly left the door wide open and let the bugss in and did not wipe their feet or clean up the mess they made. It has taken me this long to finally get them to finish things they did not complete correctly-I spent a lot of money and I am not satisfied.

"WOW we did everything possible to help this customer including going to the store on Saturday to help her pick out all the fictures for the bathroom on our own time ! BUGS? its 18 degrees outside We even set her up with free design consultation helping her pick out paint colors carpet colors etc..WOW I guess you really cant please everyone !!!!!"

They provided us a great explaination of what would be done (complete with pictures), provided references, gave us a competitive price, and were finished in less than one week after our initial consultation! They even gave us extra stones (that they didn't need) for our stone driveway and reworked our payment options when we changed our mind about which type of loan we wanted!

I have to admit I was quite leery of using a larger company... I thought I would get a better job done with a local handyman also with a lower price...I was so wrong.... From the beginning to the end my experience with USA Waterproofing & Foundation was incredible.. The professionalism of this company, quality of the workmanship, wanting to get the job done right, Timeliness of the project... I can't say enough about them... and YES, I will be calling them back....It was a pleasure to work with them....

We had USA Waterproofing finish our basement and they did an excellent job. From the sales person Tim to the crew Rick & Kevin, they were top notch. I would and have recommended them to friends and family looking for a basement remodel or waterproofing. I have been most impressed with Rick who was the foreman on our job, he did a great job for us and had great suggestions throughout the project.

The service crew was very professional, I was informed that the work would take 2-3 days, but by the end of the first day I was told by the supervisor that the work was complete. Concerns: It has been 2 weeks and the floor has not completely dried, there is white deposit coming up between the new floor and the exsiting floor. Called company 4-9-09 and recieved call back explaination given was since there is a lot of humidity in the air it willl take a lttle longer to dry. Sometime the white calcium comes from the products used, give it another week( use fan dry) Downspout: no completed as requested

Very professional company. Very efficient also, finished my basement in 2 days. The men that came out to my house put plastic down under their work area to make not to dirty my floors and cleaned after themselves before they left. Very happy I chose USA waterproofing to do my basement.

Exceptional customer service. From the inspection, to the financing process and all, the experience was a good one. It took less than a month to complete everything, from inspection to scheduling to completion. Every member of the crew introduced themselves at the beginning of the project. All aspects of the job were explained in detail. I was given a very specific timetable for job completion, which was completed earlier than expected. Only complaint was that the basement was left fairly dirty, but not a disaster. The mess could have been worse.

The crew was very polite and was willing to explain what they were doing and why. There was a nice effort to keep things clean and clean-up the project before the crew left. I suggest that any homeowner will have additional clean up just due to the scope of the project. They stuck by the original quote and finished in a timely manner. Everyone from the company was responsive and polite and always returned calls promptly.

Non--professional work. Several calls to owner, vice-pres, etc..No pride in doing over $7K+ work. It was a real disaster for me. I made calls, then they make several come backs over and over to try to get job right. Sales personnel make appointments for the following mornings. Then the guy calls my home phone - NOT the cell phone number to notify my spouse who had taken off time WITHOUT PAY to make a meeting w/ the VP - like 'oh' this is nothing. Several people asked, but I can NOT recommend the company in all honesty.

"Unfortunately-They had a communication problem with each other. No one lives in the rehab house. After talking with mr , mrs would call and ask why no one has called back? We called and met with them several times to answer any questions, we try to satisfy everyone,sometimes this is impossible."

From the sales person to the installers and the customer service personnel, everyone we dealt with at USA Waterproofing was great. The installers were especially great, my wife and I had our baby early and while we were in the hospital, the guys made a special trip back to our house to hook back up the washer and dryer for us. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

so far so good. They have not actually installed their system but the salesman, the office folks and the price was the best. Plus, they are going to dig outside if necessary to repair cracks AND grade our land to help move the water away from our home. So far so good.

I feel we could have gotten the same job done for less money. We opted to go with USA instead of the other company because they would do some outside work as well. The work they did outside did not make up for the difference in the price.
