Terrible company. NOT RECOMMENDED. Our home was built in Jan 2025, and we had windows/doors installed in Feb 2026. From the start, it was a mess. They missed the first appointment (9?11 am) with no notice and only called at 5 pm to cancel. After rescheduling, they showed up and handled everything carelessly?damaged blinds hardware and broke drywall removing the front door. Inspection day was another failure?they never scheduled it with the county, and no one told us. We waited for nothing again. After installation, screws were left exposed and molding was never installed. I sent photos?no fix. They pushed me to sign so they could get paid ($20K+), promising to finish later. I signed?they never came back. Customer service is terrible?no follow-ups, no accountability. DO NOT SIGN until 100% complete. Terrible company. NOT RECOMMENDED.

I couldn?t be more frustrated with a company and would advise you to avoid USA windows and doors! They are extremely deceitful. Let me start with day 1. Through a translator I was told my window and door installation would take two days. They started my project on March 10 and continued work through March 25. They failed the first inspection and as of now I?m waiting for a second inspection. I needed a translator because none of the six crew members I dealt with spoke English. It makes it very hard to ask questions about a major project being done to your home. They tell you they?ll handle everything with your HOA. On the first day they threw the old windows out the opening down 4 floor into a neighbors backyard breaking the glass. They stayed past the 5 pm HOA work deadline and never cleaned the walkway me and my neighbors use. All 3 of these things are against the HOA rules they were given by the property manager. Board members threatened to fine me. Horrible experience

I received a fair estimate from this company in March 2021 for new impact windows throughout the house. They quoted me for PGT windows. Initial estimate was 16 weeks to receive windows. At 16 weeks, I was informed it would be another 16 weeks before getting windows. On multiple occasions during this second 16 week period I was notified via email that my windows would arrive early. They never did... without explanation. At 36 weeks, after hearing nothing, I called the company concerned. I was not told why they didn't have the windows. Over the next month I called several times with no indication of when/if I would ever see the windows I ordered. After threatening to cancel my order and/or seek legal representation I was told they would get a new delivery estimate on the windows from the manufacturer. After a week or so, I was told January 19th, 2022. Sometime around the 22nd, after hearing nothing, I called USA and was told that they should arrive today. I get a call that evening that they have arrived but are missing one window. However, they say the installers can come the next day to install what they have. Great! The next morning, the installers arrive, no one speaks English but I didn't think this would be an issue(it was). They proceed to install the windows in the master bedroom incorrectly (the right window should be in left opening and vice versa), the handles on all but one casement window were broken or incorrect, the inside caulking was sloppy, the windows were dirty, and they removed my old shutters but did not patch the stucco. After airing my grievances via google reviews, they sent Thomas(company employee) to evaluate the problems. Thomas was friendly and receptive and promised to get things right. However, when the workers returned to fix the issues they actually made things worse. In their return trip, they were to fix all the above issues and install the one remaining window. While they seemed to install the one window fine, they didn't address the other issues. They tried to fix half the casement window handles only to screw them up by installing the incorrect cranks. Nothing else was done. They were to return today to correct the issues and they did not show. No phone call. No email. No text message.

They presented options to us to see what would work best for our back doors. The installers were professional and efficient they covered everything in our home, after install it was like nothing ever happened! I would definitely recommend this company to all my family! We can't wait to start saving on our electric bill.

The company really did come through with beautiful impact windows and doors. A lot of companies make false promises, the company kept their word. They told me the timeframe, what they needed from my association, and when we got the permit approved. They offered me updates and took the time to communicate with me and kept me in the loop of every step in this project. I'm satisfied with their work and professionalism.

First thing to mention: The four stars for quality really goes to CGI who manufactured the doors and windows. I entered a contract with USA Green Contractors (USA GC for the rest of the review) to replace all of my windows & doors middle of January. They contacted me end of April to begin installation. I met the crew when they arrived at my home the first day around 9AM. I told them I would stay out of their way for the install process and went about my life. Day 2 they arrived around 11AM which did not matter to me since they stayed until 7PM. Day 3 they arrived around noon which did not impress the building inspector at all since he arrived at 9AM that day. INSPECTION FAIL #1. I reported the missed building inspector to USA Green Contractors who assured me they would take care of everything. Day 4 the building inspector arrived AROUND 9AM to find no workers present for a second time. INSPECTION FAIL # 2. The crew showed up around noon again on that day, worked for a while then took their tools and left my home with open door and window frames for the next TWO MONTHS! After the second failure to meet with the building inspector USA GC was forced to hire an engineering firm to certify the installation and no one at USA GC was being proactive or keeping me informed about anything while my home was open to the outdoor world all eight weeks. Finally, end of June the crew arrives to “finish the installation, EVERYTHING done”. I told them to let me know about 30 minutes ahead so I could come home to lock up… but got a call in the afternoon. They told me they were done and leaving. When I got home I noticed most work had indeed been completed but there were crucial door and windows components missing that are specific to the brand. Stuff you can’t get at Home Depot. I sent photos and a detailed explanation of what was missing. They sent a tech who did not not know what he was there for and did not have the correct parts to repair/finish the installation. For the next two months I had to call and email USA GC repeatedly because, as I’ve stated earlier they are proactive about nothing. The parts are expected… they didn’t arrive. The parts are expected… they didn’t arrive. The parts are expected… they didn’t arrive. Repeatedly until they actually did arrive and were finally installed four months after my installation began. I haven’t even mentioned that they failed to cover my furniture and ordered the wrong entry door, which I did not complain about because it’s close enough and I didn’t want to wait months for a replacement… Entering a contract with USA GC is the worst purchase decision I have made in my entire life. Every penny of the $25,000+ investment is a needle of aggravation in my soul. BUYER BEWARE. If you decide to ignore this warning and your project goes wrong you will deserve what you get!

After showing us his presentation and helping us decide which windows and doors that would work best for us , we signed a contract right then and there. I am going to recommend John to anyone who I come across that is inquiring in getting hurricane windows and doors. It was so convenient that John came by on a Sunday being that I’m busy all week.
