Timely and friendly service. they did not make me feel ike Ii was anintusion in their day. they cfommunicated what the problems were and their recommendations for future care of AC. I was nicely surprised. it is rare these days to find people who want to be where they are at any given time and =even if they didnot I woldn't have known it.

US Air did a good job on the install. Wasn't the most cooperative when it came time to get my leaking roof fixed though. I hope he stand by his work for the duration of his waranty.

US Air contacted me, and I explained I just wanted him to look at an installation I had done earlier. They came out and inspected the house and gave me his recomendations. I was in complete agreement with his findings. I was well satisfied whith the outcome and I am keeping him in mind for my next project.
