Josh was extremely friendly and professional, however he seemed ill prepaid for the task of replacing the hot water outlet pipe. It was rusted and unable to removed. He apologized but in the end I still paid for that service and I still have a rusting pipe.

Plumber called and advised he would be late due to road conditions and snow. Job was completed in a reasonable amount of time despite modifications needed to hook up water heater. Plumber needed to leave job site for parts. I suggest carrying parts that may be needed for the type of project contracted. Friendly and knowledgeable, I will use their services again.
