Late review. We went with US Alarms because of David- his expertise and personal service is top notch. He is very knowledgeable and helped us customize our security system to meet our needs at a fair price. Even after setup we had questions and he addressed it right away. We didn’t want to be a number or have to wait to get a service appt with other security companies. It’s been several months and a satisfied customer!

We had a alarm in out Townhome but we were not happy with the customer service. We reached out to US Alarms and met with Dave. Dave looked at our current system and laid out some options for us to consider. We hired US Alarms with NO reservations due to Dave going above and beyond. We had 2 keypads where one was not working at all. Dave was able to get the keypad to work which saved us $ 200.00 for a New keypad. Plus we just had a August Smart Lock installed by Best Buy's Geek Squad and that was not working properly as we had to manually lock the door. Dave was able to fix the Smart Lock for us where it now works through the App the way it supposed to work. My Wife and I were very comfortable right off the bat when we first met Dave. We did not have to sign a contact where we are locked in for a long period of time which we liked. We highly recommend Dave and US Alarms for anybody looking to put in an Alarm System.
