Very thorough and good communication from all.

The sales representative that came out to do the estimates and loan contract left out a key piece of the project, notably the reason we are doing the remodel at all, the sub flooring damaged by a leak. We scrounged to get the project at 15k, so we can afford the loan payment. Low and behold a contractor comes out and I find out not only is the sub flooring repair not on the estimate, the square feet of flooring is wrong, and it has got sink faucets instead of shower heads (vanity was going to be untouched by this project). The boss lady calls me and first thing out her mouth is we are going to start from scratch.... so you are not even going to try to make this right? You are just going to throw it all away and start over like this huge mess up did not happen? Like you all did not help me take out a credit line on a project estimate that was not accurate, and by the way, I asked to see it several times. Was refused based on proprietary something, but had he shown me maybe it would have been caught. She says it is obvious I can not be made happy when she did not even try! All I asked was for a sales person who actually knows what they are doing and a contractor to come out (which was already scheduled for Friday, so I guess that is cancelled too?) to give me real prices instead of half a quote. Moral of the story, if they mess up they are just going to trash your project instead of making it right. Good thing nothing had started yet, God knows how they would have screwed us over had the project actually gotten started. Found out the assumption was made that I would expect them to do the whole project for the original price. I never said nor implied such, although that would be making it right when they royally messed up. I attempted to try to find a resolution, but they did not even try. I know in construction there is a gray area, but they did not even wanted to talk about it.

Would not use this Company again! They asked for payment in full before the end of the year and before the project was completed. Now that I have paid and it has been completed I have been noticing issues and they will not call me back. Most of the crew was impressive except the first plumber. They sent a second plumber that was much better. Most of the work they did really was not that great. The refused to use the fixtures I requested they were very admit about using their own products. They installed a toilet way to large for my size. 4 Inches larger than a standard American toilet. The toilet is now blocking me and my guests from getting in the shower. I just wish the company would answer me so I can see if they can swap this toilet with the smaller one in my second bathroom. I DID like the cabinets and floor they installed. Although I am concerned the glass shower door is not shatter proof since it doesn't completely open due to the toilet and they installed a rubber pad on the door so it doesn't hit the toilet too hard. The toilet paper roll keeps falling down and I do not like the towel bars installed. I JUST WANT THE COMPANY TO CALL BACK TO CORRECT THE MISTAKES MADE.

Wonderful company. They started when they said they would and were done on time. Mike was very knowledgeable and was fun to have around. They mostly worked straight through each day, no breaks. Hard working. We are very satisfied with how our new bathroom turned out. Thank you!

What we liked is that they gave us a very detailed presentation of what to expect as well as the price up front. And the crew who did the work were courteous while coming in and out of our home.
