Sam and his team installed a fence around my property; they were very professional and friendly. They picked up all the trash after themselves and did their job super quickly. I would recommend them to all my neighbors and friends.

The price was reasonable and the workmanship was excellent. The deck and two fence dividers were rebuilt in two days and it was an outstanding job. The deck is beautiful and just what I wanted. The contractor was very responsive and helpful with suggestions. He provided the HOA documents and obtained the County Permit for me. His work and oversight was meticulous with attention to detail and quality. I highly recommend US Better Homes and will use them again for other house projects including remodeling.

5.0 William B. Baltimore, Maryland Replace wood steps and railings. U.S. Better Homes, LLC responded to my request for a free estimate. I also checked their reviews and Home Improvement License. Their license was up to date, but the reviews were fifty – fifty. The estimator was patient and clear about the reviews. I tossed a coin and decided to go with U. S. Better Homes. I am glad to say my DIY days are over due to the details and excellent work that the team from U.S. Better Homes did. They were on time and focused on the project. The result was outstanding and beyond my expectation. More than several people have complimented on the stairs. Thumbs up / Five stars!!!!!

They did not install a gate to my patio correctly it keeps falling apart every time we open it and the company keeps saying they coming out to fix and no one ever shows up and it has not been a year and now no one will answer the phone UPDATE The issue was resolved but not in a timely manner

Us Better Home completed foundation repairs on our shed and also replaced damaged trim. They did a fabulous job! They were very professional, detail oriented, and left the work area meticulous! The results were amazing; their prices were very fair. We will definitely will contact them for future needs!

This company is apparently called US Better Homes. I had a hard time finding reviews for this comp originally but then noticed their phone numbers matched. I decided to go with them when the man who came to give the estimate said that they would never leave a job done without the customer being happy. THIS IS NOT TRUE. In all fairness, their estimate was the cheapest but no where on the estimate does it say **we do poor work, use cheap material and will damage your existing home** DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. They use poor material, damaged part of our home, left spray paint on our siding as well as on the railings that they installed. I sent pictures to them time and time again and they did initially come out to correct their work but every time they left our home they left our deck in poor condition, installed broken railings, left scratch marks on the railings, left spray paint on our house siding and on the **new**; railings, damaged trim and said they fixed it when it now looks worse than when they arrived. After timeless emails and several calls they finally emailed me just now saying that we are going to part ways. So apparently this means no warranty for the cheap wood that is frayed with large splinters, no removing the spray paint that they put on our house, no removing the spray paint on the railings that they left on it, no fixing the scratches on the railings that they installed, no fixing the trim that they damaged...unbelievable! We now have to hire a new contractor to fix what they did. They tried to say that the scratches were left from a squirrel, but ironically I walked out to see the work immediately after they pulled away and the scratches were there so it was obviously their doing. I was home when they left the last day, and they never did a walk through. They never went back to walk around the job to double check their work. The workers left the site dirty. They just left. Please let me help you by telling you NOT to go with this company.

Everyone with whom I made contact in the company was quite helpful and polite when discussing the project. They were prompt when answering questions. They were on time and left the premises clean. I recommend them highly.

The resurfacing of my existing deck and the building of my new deck was excellent ! They turned up on time and put in long hours to get the job done quickly with excellent workmanship. I highly recommend this company and I will definitely use them for my future projects.
