These guys were great! We got water in our basement one evening. I called them right away and they were there first thing the next morning. They got rid of the water, pulled up the ruined carpet and handled all the steps needed to dry out the basement. Friendly, prompt, polite and professional. Couldn’t ask for more.

Great service. Our basement had flooded and they responded immediately. We knew that mold will grow within 72 hours of a flooding. Their personnel were knowledgeable and efficient in drying it out.

We had a serious mold problem compounded by family problems at the same time. US Cleaning and Restoration was a godsend-- incredibly professional in performing the mold remediation, but even more impressive in how they worked with us at a very difficult time. I can't recommend them enough for their excellent work, but also for their caring and considerate approach to us as we dealt with this problem. They were outstanding!!

Aaron and his crew are amazing. I have been trying to sell my house. We have had a lot of feedback about a smoke smell due to a few people living here smoking for 25+ years. We found US cleaning and restoration on Home Advisor, called and scheduled right away. They were very flexible and accommodating with scheduling a time. After they cleaned all of our walls, not only was there a major visual difference, the smell of smoke was completely gone. After many showings of our home, we have had zero feedback of smoke smell and some very interested buyers.I could not be happier with the service, Thank you for your hard work!

They worked with my insurance company to mitigate the damage from a frozen, cracked pipe in my basement, and couldn't have done a better job. The job was done quickly, on budget, professionally and very thoroughly. The guys were awesome, very personable, respectful, and attentive to any concerns or questions I had. Absolutely top notch service, and I'll be hiring them for the rebuild, too.

Seemed like we were taken advantage of. They set up an air machine and said we could take as long as we need to get the contents out of the basement. Not knowing the meter for the air machine was running the entire time. When it came time to settle the hours, they had several extra man hours on the bill. Did not feel satisfied with whole ordeal. Would not recommend this company.

Fast and efficient. Had a bad tenant, who left a huge mess, it smelled bad and by the time Rick & Colin were done, the rugs were 100 times better and so was the smell.

They were on time and did a through job cleaning our carpet that had soaked up water in the basement. Carpet was clean and smelled fresh after they were done.

They did a really good job on my carpets. I was actually going to put it off after the holiday and they talked me into getting it done, now it looks great! Very professional & personable & if there was an area of the carpet I wanted more work on they were willing to do it. I will use them again.

Great guys, super responsive, polite, professional and hard worker. I just wish they had the equipment to power wash my whole house, second floor and gutters too, like I indicated was needed when they came out for the quote.

They were professional, very pleasant to deal with. They also did a great job as I am a smoker and they were able to clean my ceiling and walls like they were brand new!
