US Concrete

Bricen completed the project after rescheduling multiple times due to the freeze that pushed his schedule back. The patio looks great; however, there is dried splattered concrete on the siding of the house and they left the frame boards behind.

The concrete foundation was not level; it was originally 2 feet too narrow, but I caught that mistake before the concrete was poured. We didn't discover that it was also 3" too long until the metal building had been started. We had purchased an engineered building from Mueller with certified foundation plans from an engineer included. Mr. Fransaw wanted all checks made out to him personally rather than to his company's name. After the building contractor started erecting the building, he discovered the concrete slab was too long. I called Mr. Fransaw and told him about the problem. He said he would come out that evening, but he never showed up. I then attempted to call twice that night on his cell phone. I could not leave a message. I next sent him a text, and requested he come out the next morning but he did not show up. I had to hire another concrete man to correct his mistakes. This cost me additional $600.00 because he would not warranty his work. I also had to give him gas for his generator and loan him tools, which were taken off the job and have not been returned, even after repeated requests to return them. The company did not install chairs to hold up the rebar. I insisted but he said it was not needed. Lastly, I had to spread the select fill for my concrete slab; he didn't have the proper equipment to do that
