Warning about Unethical Business Practices: Allen Zitting of Zitting Window & Door, LLC and Todd Kralik of US Energy Windows & Doors, Inc. On March 18, 2024, Allen Zitting, representing Zitting Window & Door, LLC under the Zitting Brothers Construction umbrella in Las Vegas, visited my home in Utah to provide an estimate for replacing glass doors and windows. Despite glowing recommendations from my husband, what ensued quickly became a harrowing ordeal. Subsequent to the estimate, on March 25, 2024, Allen requested a 60% deposit to be hand-delivered to his residenceâ an unusual demand that initially raised concerns. Despite these reservations, I acquiesced based on my husband's confidence in his referral. However, my attempts to obtain updates from Allen in the following weeks proved futile, leading me to contact Todd, purportedly another central figure in their operation. It soon became apparent that Allen and Zitting Window & Door were merely conduits for Todd Kralik of US Energy Windows & Doors, Inc., known for substandard service and a litany of negative reviews. Despite my persistent requests for a refund due to severe delays and abysmal communication, my concerns were summarily dismissed. As of today, June 18, 2024, more than three months since initiating the project, three installers arrived with only half of the required doors and lacking essential tools for installation. This resulted in further delays, additional damage to already painted exteriors, and poorly fitted windows. Allen's and Todd's dismissive handling of these issues only exacerbated an already dire situation, leaving my home improvement project in a state of disarray. I urge anyone contemplating business with Allen Zitting and Todd Kralik to thoroughly scrutinize their reputation and business practices. Their unethical conduct has not only impeded my project but also caused considerable stress and financial hardship. The installers were very professional and tidy with their work.

Theyâ  re whole team from the person coming out to show us the windows, to the person that comes out to measure to their installers. Everyone was great. I was impressed with their installers very clean and professional. I am also having shutters installed, yes they do that too and their installer comes out to measure and is a pleasure to deal with as well. Time frame of getting the windows was great as well.!I had take a window out and had a slider put in. They did a great job. Preparing the site, the tear out and install was all done so well. Very impressed! The final job the windows are beautiful what a difference! Waiting for one more door but it is a special one. I know they will take care of it just like all the other doors and windows.

Clean and efficient employees

The product is a great quality, efficient and beautiful. The price is amazing as well. The customer service is wonderful. They do have to crack the whip with the workers. I am waiting for the last details to be completed.

Robert was very informative on window info and the cost was very reasonable. Once the time line settled, the installers had us done in 1 day. The windows look amazing, and have already showed on the power bill. I definitely recommend US Energy Window & Door. As a matter of fact, I will be contacting them for my front door..

I met with 3 three other competitors before choosing US Energy. They were honest on time and answered all my concerns. Their price was a little bit more than two famous home appliance stores, but 1/2 the price of Anderson, the warranty is 100% transferable one time and its not prorated. Great selling point if I ever sell my home They also will get my windows in within 30 days which is less time than the rest of the companies!

They did some minor damage (I can repair the damage myself) they showed a smaller version of the windows that they were going to replace, the frames were supposed to be TAN (they were white) ?????? I didn't like paying 1/2 up front. I wasn't offered a payment plan until they were installed. I will never recoup the cost in my lifetime.

They were very nice, easy to work with. I will refer him whenever I can.
