Fixed Generator Installation
Purchased the unit a couple of years ago and my experience was great. It did take time for everything to get put into place but that was communicated up front so was expected. Installation was well co-ordinated, workers were courteous and cleaned up the site for every stage. Inspections went without a hitch and in the final turnover was well informed on the generator, how it worked and what to look for (all pretty straight forward). Since the installation we've had a few short outages and the generator takes the load within a couple of minutes every time, going back to FPL power without a hitch when it becomes available again. One maintenance call so far to inspect the unit and change out the oil. The tech was courteous and informative.

I wanted post a very positive review of U.S Generator s service on my Generac generator that was installed at my home on Lagoon Rd in Vero Beach over ten years ago. I was reminded how superior their routine service has been over the years has been when I received a call from Bill Broocke while my wife and I were visiting friends in Sarasota a couple of weeks ago. Bill indicated that the generator software indicated via email an issue that needed to be addressed immediately. Bill s service department responded in a very timely manner and the issue was resolved. ( a dead battery) . From the date of installation to the present, our service has been extraordinary, including 3 hurricanes. No issues regarding the proper functioning of the generator in all these years. please post these comments on your web site. I attempted to do this myself but did not want to have 4 contractors give me quotes. Perhaps I did not click on the correct spots on the website. Please give them 5 stars.

Fixed Generator Installation
After countless verbal, failed promises it took them one day less than a year to complete the installation of a whole house generator. They use subcontractors rather than in house employees. Their work is sloppy. Their office staff is snotty and the owner is obnoxious. I would love to have five minutes alone with him to talk as he will not talk to me. They were overpriced and their inspections failed. They failed to apply for permits, etc, in a timely fashion and then blamed everything else for their own failings. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were the worst contractor experience we ever had. They suck! As if this wasnt enough, today, 4-29-19, I called to have them check on a warranty problem with the unit. The owner told me to never call his office again since I was one who posted a poor review on Home Advisor and they would not do anything for me and then hung up on me. I guess the courts will have to figure this one out. BTW, check out Google Review and YELP for more reviews on USGenerator.

"We've been in business for 15 years and installed over 1000 generators and if you go to the Generac factory website you'll see that we have more 5 star customer reviews (34) than any dealer in Florida. And if you've ever done business with the public you'll know that in 15 years you'll eventually run in to a lunatic like Stuart Greenberg of Stuart, FL.. The owner of USGenerator was in the hospital for six months for two major surgeries and a long stint bin a rehab facility over 2018/2019. We got behind in our installations, so we gave Greenberg $825 in free options to compensate for the time it took to put in his unit He then stiffed us for $300 for the permits he claims we didn't get and wrote this libelous review. Now, about this 5 minutes alone he'd like to have with me... his previous entry on Home Advisor contained a physical threat but now he just wants to talk for 5 minutes. I have two really mean attack goldfish trained in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu that I use for bill collectors, and when I fed them this morning they volunteered to take care of this guy no problemo... so I guess they'll now have to stand down and boy were they disappointed yesirree! BUSINESS OWNERS BE WARNED: Home Advisor does not verify, filter, or investigate idiotic claims such as Greenberg's and publishes them regardless of veracity, and will not take them down."

Wavelength Electrical Contracting is an excellent company to do business with. They were very polite, on time and did a great clean up. I'd recomend them to anyone.I have to add that they were very fair priced also.To anyone that needs this type of work, Please give Henry a call, You will be very happy that you did.

The service was expensive. The tech found my battery defective. This took all of 5 minutes. I still paid $175 for the visit.

"We always tell customers up front what a service call costs. We think it's a bit unfair to post such a complaint on Home Adviser AFTER agreeing to the charges. Our charges are in line with what other companies charge. We maintain a staff of factory trained technicians and a fleet of vehicles and are now paying just over $ 30,000 per year on liability, vehicular and worker's comp insurance in order to comply with the requirements of the State of Florida. All this has to be passed through to customers. We complained about this to Home Adviser who refused to address the problem."

Be aware that there is a two hour minimum you will be charged. We had a simple bad light switch to be replaced. Although the work was done with no complaints, the worker had to leave the job to get the part. It took 15 minutes to replace. And then before I signed the paperwork, he advised I would be charged 2 hr minimum. The supervisor did not return my call when I tried to complain. . .

"Ann B called two providers from Home Advisor. One company was called Corey Electric. She then became confused and made an appointment with USGenerator, further compounding the matter was my electrician who was named Corey. We informed this customer of our charges before we went out. She apparently thought we were the other company and was upset when we presented our bill. She then gave us a bad grade with Home Advisor. I discussed the matter with Home Advisor who refused to do anything about it. I received no calls from Ann about her bill."
