Extremely pleased with my beautiful bathroom renovation. Min gut renovated a very old upstairs bathroom, shared by our family of 4, so while it may have been a small job for him, it was of major importance to us. He accommodated our extremely tight time frame that no other contractors would dare commit to. He accommodated my design ideas and subsequent changes to our design beautifully and offered good design advice when needed. A few things needed to be addressed in a year or two afterward not from fault of Min, resulting from our not following his design/advice about installing a glass wall/door for our bathtub-shower. Min came immediately to address issues and never pointed fingers, always says he wants to make customers happy and he acts on it. Min came highly recommended by very discerning friends with high-end tastes and homes, who continue to hire Min for more work. I trust Min and would likely hire him again if we decide to do more work.

US Home Design Build proved to be an outstanding choice for my wife and I to custom build a high quality, two story addition (four season sunroom and covered patio) onto our 1968 colonial style home in Fairfax County, Virginia. Our vision for such an addition was to involve the meticulous planning, design and construction of a highly custom, expanded living space, utilizing the finest materials, fixtures and hardware. The design was conceived to appear wholly integrated into the existing architecture of the residence; as if built at the time of the home's construction. After interviewing a variety of custom builders, we chose US Home Design Build. Simply stated, we were thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and reputation of US Home Design Build, along with their representatives Mr. Sean Brennan and Mr. Min Yi. From the outset, the project proved challenging, yet Min Yi and his crew never failed to provide us with impeccable quality of craftsmanship and a conscientious work ethic. Min would frequently suggest practical improvements to the design, construction and associated hardware of the ongoing project; all at no increase in cost. Min always listened carefully and never failed to satisfy my every concern and stated objective. Even unavoidable delays (associated with third party design and construction of elaborate custom windows and doors) never disrupted the focus, momentum or morale of US Home Design Build. The project was completed flawlessly; on schedule and on budget. My wife and I could not be happier. We now have the four season sunroom and patio of our dreams, thanks to Min and his crew.

US Home Construction built us a sunroom addition and the work turned out great. Min helped us with picking out flooring and painting which is balancing out with the whole house. I enjoy the sunroom everyday for a place for tea and breakfast!

They did my addition above my garage and they were fantastic. Great customer service and pretty good about cleaning up my house after they were done. Highly recommend them if you're considering renovating.

US Home Construction was one of four companies we invited to propose for the renovation of our two bedroom unit in the Belle View Condominium in Alexandria built in about 1950. The condo reconstruction would include complete overhaul of the kitchen to include a pass through to the dining room, a redesign of a small out dated bath, relocation of the electrical panel, bamboo flooring and trim and new paint throughout. Their proposal was not the lowest but the most comprehensive with great attention to detail and quality that made our selection relatively easy. Their designer made updating the bath and kitchen a visible rather than a mental exercise, doing a great job of capturing our ideas and adding her experience to insure that the drawings worked. Their suppliers had really great quality materials (solid wood and premium hardware cabinets, and granite counters) that were much more affordable than what we had been looking at on our own and again adding options that on our own we would not have thought to use. The crews that did the work were courteous, professional, and made our project easy on the neighbors, all of whom were appreciative that the workers were out before the end of day. The work started after 8 AM and the crews were out and had cleaned up by 5:30 PM every day. US Home Construction met the original schedule and cost proposal. We used the Company for several projects: Room Addition, Remodel the Bathroom, Paint several Rooms and Carpet Installation two rooms, hall and stairs. We were very please with the scheduled times, the work performed and the cost was within our range. We would recommend the Company.

Excellent experience! Min was very detailed oriented and my house came out just as planned. The work was finished on time and was as promised even though I added some extra things here and there. They kept the place clean and I didn't have to deal with piles of trash like my neighbor across the street. I liked them so much I'm hiring them for my mom's handicap master bathroom remodel later this year. They gave me an awesome deal since I'm a repeat customer. I highly recommend them to everyone and all my friends.

Our project from start to finish was flawless. The project manager kept us up to date during each phase of our 2 story addition. Very well organized and well worth our money spent. The interior looks fantastic as the exterior work.
