When you spend $10,000 to install stone veneer to your home, you expect it to last decades. US Home developer's work was so poor that the stone has started to fall off. Proper steps, such as roughing up the surface, putting adhesive on the entire surface and on the stone, was not done. Terrible job!

We are very disappointed by the customer comments, we have completed the installation of stone veneer on half exterior wall for the customer back in 2015, three years later, we have received a call from the customer informing us that some of the stones have fallen from the wall. Although the customer's warranty has expired customer service is important to us, so we immediately set time for a site visit /repair. One of our site workers arrived at the customer's house and repaired the stones that fell off with no expenses to the customer although her warranty has expired 2 years ago. It is well known that due to seismic movements in southern California and sinking foundations, buildings suffer changes. Since customer satisfaction is very important to us and we believe in going above and beyond for our customers we have immediately repaired the fallen veneers at our own expense.

"Me and my husband just moves in to our new home. The house we bought is pretty old and needed a lot of work done but we were very low on budget.We started looking around hopefully to find descent company that will take care of our needs, in OUR budget .So we left our info in few websites and the phone started ringing. US Home got our attention, they gave us some info over the phone and then we decided to make an appointment with one of the company representatives, Daniel, He was Patient and he sticked to our budget, we remodeled our kitchen and painted the house.We are very happy with the work, and defiantly when we will be ready to continue we will give US Home a call back ! Thank you .

They started a bit late on the project but once they got started they worked long hrs to get it done. They used excellent materials and were verym professional about their work. I would recomment them.
