Working with this company was a two-year nightmare I never thought I would wake up from. The CSLB had to get involved and brought in multiple experts, who found that 11 out of 12 parts of their work failed to meet basic industry standards. Only after a 1.5 years long fight were we finally reimbursed to fix the mess they left behind. Here's what we dealt with: * They changed the design of our roof without permission, not only that it looked terrible (photos for reference), but it also leaked. * The floors they installed are extremely uneven - in some spots over an inch off. * Drywall was so poorly done that you can see the tape lines through the paint. * They destroyed a perfectly good sliding door that was supposed to be preserved (and was in the contract). * Used second-hand roof shingles full of holes. * Demolished a wall in the presence of my family and my newborn, without any dust barrier to protect the rest of the house * Flooded our home twice, which flooded our flooring (that t

When you spend $10,000 to install stone veneer to your home, you expect it to last decades. US Home developer's work was so poor that the stone has started to fall off. Proper steps, such as roughing up the surface, putting adhesive on the entire surface and on the stone, was not done. Terrible job!

The house we bought is pretty old and needed a lot of work done but we were very low on budget.We started looking around hopefully to find descent company that will take care of our needs, in OUR budget .So we left our info in few websites and the phone started ringing. US Home got our attention, they gave us some info over the phone and then we decided to make an appointment with one of the company representatives, Daniel, He was Patient and he sticked to our budget, we remodeled our kitchen and painted the house.We are very happy with the work, and defiantly when we will be ready to continue we will give US Home a call back !
